‘A’ and ‘an’ are articles used before singular countable nouns.
冠词“a”和“an”用于单数的可数名词之前。



We use ‘a’ before nouns beginning with consonants (b, c, d, f, g, h, j,
k, l, m, n, p, q, r, s, t, v, w, x, y, z).
冠词“a”用于以辅音字母开头的名词之前。



We use ‘an’ before nouns beginning with vowels (a, e, i, o, u).
冠词“an”用于以元音字母（a、e、i、o、u）开头的名词之前。




We use ‘the’ to refer to a particular person, animal, thing or place that
we already know or is mentioned earlier.
冠词“the”用于指特定或已提及的人、动物、物体或地方。
‘The’ is also used to refer to a fact or something unique.
“The”也可用于指事实或独一无二的东西。
