The2014-2015fiscalyear(October’14-September’15)isinthebooks–andwhatayearitwas.

First,aheartfeltthankyoutoeachofyouforyourmembershipinMainstreetandtothemanycontributionsyoumakethroughyourparticipationoncommittees,
volunteeringinyourcommunity,protectinghomeownershiprightsandtheotherwaysthatyouenhancetheimageofREALTORS®.

Thispastyearhasbeenasuccessfuloneacrossmanymeasures.Themarketconditionswereripeforsalesactivityanddeliveringthedream ofhomeownership
tomany.Theassociationoperatedefficiently,andontargetwithourbudget.And,ourstaffdeliveredontheresourcesyou’vecometoexpectfrom us:education;
professionalstandardssupport;andavarietyofevents,programsandtoolsputinplacetohelpmakeyoumoreproductive,professionalandsuccessful.

Thepagesofthisreporthighlightsomeofourcollectivesuccesses,woventogetherthroughthethemeofgrowth:yoursandours.

Asidefrom salesactivitieswhichgrewyear-over-year,wesawmembersgrowingtheirknowledgebyjoiningoureducationcoursesinlargernumbersthanwesaw
lastyear;wesawstandoutservicecontributionstolocalandspecialcommunitygroups;andwesawarenewedcommitmenttosupportingtheworkfundedby
RPAC.Ourowngovernmentaffairsteam alsoexpandeditsoutreachtolocalmunicipalitiestostrengthenrelationshipsandfosterbettercollaborationon
homeownershipissuesthatmattertoyouandtheconsumersyouserve.
