This learning experience allows the students to develop a critical and analytical mindset, teamwork skills and communicative competence, developing projects that have real-life applications. Therefore, meaningful learning is pursued in which students are able to manage their knowledge in an autonomous and professional manner. TEACHING INNOVATION PROJECTS As a commitment to research, ESADA encourages our teachers to carry out projects every year to improve the quality of students’ learning experience. In the 2021/2022 academic year, a series of teaching innovation projects have been proposed, including the elaboration of an academic journal to disseminate the TFGs developed at the school. Practical sculpture was also integrated into graphic design to improve the students’ conception of space-volume, through the study of the relationship between Drawing and Sculpture. 35 “It was a completely new stage for me. The only thing I knew was that I liked the world of video games and in the end I ended up designing and knowing how to program the basics to be able to make a video game, my dream come true. I think what caught my attention the most about the school was the Granada Jam project that we did with the people in the class. That motivated us to create a new project and doing it in company is much more didactic and fun.” ESADA seeks to provide a fair and necessary basis so that from there we can experiment, learn and be self-taught.
