Pollution (CAPP), Goa Institute of Management (GIM), Ocean Recovery Alliance

The Department successfully conducted a 1 week ISTE approved Short-Term
Training Programme on "Adhesives & Coatings for Printing & Packaging", from Jan
11 to 16, 2021 with participants from Industry & Academia. The trainer was Shri
Shrikant Athavale, a veteran from theAdhesives / Coatings industry.
The Department initiated the Alumni Interaction Series on February 20, 2021 by
Mr. Milind Dohade (2010 PPT Batch), Quality Control & Technical Support
Manager at Flex Europa, Poland who spoke on Flexible Packaging.
The Indian Plastics Institute Student Chapter of SIES GST organised an online
webinar on "Plastic Waste Management & PET Recycling" by Mr. Rajesh Gera (Ex -
AVP, RIL - PET div) as the first session under the Industry Interaction Series 2021
