About Us

RD Associates was incorporated in the year 2002 with a Vision of Unleashing Potential though Knowledge.

Our first venture under the RD group was the publication of monthly e-Journal HR News & Views & HR News & Views International. With in a span
of two years we have achieved total readership crossing more than 10,000 readers in India & abroad. Today we have a reach of around 50,000
global HR professionals across the world.

We soon realized that only our journal is not enabling us to realize our vision that we are passionate to achieve. This idea when conceived gave birth
to the People Development focus, in the domain of Training. In 2005 RD officially started working on the Training domain and started work in both
Education and Corporate sector.

Our hunger to strive towards adding value to all our business associates was still not over, and in 2006 we soon ventured into HR consulting projects
and Training Solutions and then in HR Products in the year 2012.

Since late 2018 RD also ventured in new ways of learning using cutting edge technologies, to make learning and skill upgradation more reachable
and be more convenient for the consumers. This approach led us to do venture into webinar series across our B2B and B2C consumers.

We have also added newer domains and 2019 saw us venturing into the field of Technical Trainings helping our consumers pick up newer
technologies in the field of IT Programming & Software tools, Quality Assurance, Safety, Productivity and many others in various sectors.

Geographically we currently operate in India , Middle East , Africa , US, Australia & Europe.
