All registrations and drops should be initiated through GoArmyEd.com
Military Benefits Office receives registration report from GAE the next business day and enters
registration change into Banner within 72 hours of original request. Prior to first 6 credits
hours: "Request TA" smart link on GAE homepage. After first 6 credit hours: Student must
upload a Course Planner. After the Military Benefits Office approves this, an "Enroll" button
in GAE Course Planner appears.

> TA FAILING GRADES: If a student fails or does not meet the minimum grade requirement for a course.
» Individual grades are reported for every TA funded course (eligibility varies by service and student

level)

» Student is recouped for any grade below minimum requirement
