Event HQ The event HQ for information and assistance is on Lymm May Queen

Field ( near the entrance)

First Aid—Our medical team will have posts both on the event field and

near the Community Centre next to the canal.

Found Children—If we aren’t able to reunite them quickly with guardians

then we will look after them at HQ or Community Centre if closer.

Lost Property. Go to our HQ Marquee.

Disabled Access— . The approach to the field via Pepper St is quite steep

and uneven in places. Disabled parking near the Mayfield View entrance gives
wheelchair access to the field. PLEASE CHECK WEBSITE FOR UPDATE ON THAT.
Also disabled places on Pepper St and Davies Way Car Park. Disabled parking
at both Park & Rides but vintage buses mean no dedicated wheelchair access.
Most indoor venues are wheelchair friendly and all toilets have disabled facili-
ties. NB Wizard offers disabled access boat trips from village centre.

 That last year, as every year ,we ran a four day programme
for schools called “We Love Our Canal “with the help of
Lymm Heritage Centre , the fly boat Saturn and the Boat
Museum at Ellesmere Port

 That in 2018 we donated
nearly £7,000 to local causes
and charities. At least an-

participating organisations
