Nasi
Lemak.

This is number one Malaysians’ favourite.
Originally made by the Malay and now regardless
the race, everyone can make good Nasi Lemak.

Resembled the breakfast but in today’s
life, Malaysians eat Nasi Lemak
at any time!

Nasi Lemak’s Stall.

Nasi lemak stalls can be found serving
them with fried egg, sambal kerang (cockles) - a local
favourite, sambal squids, sambal fish, chicken or chicken/beef
rendang, squid fritters or even fried chicken or fish.

It can be consumed for breakfast, brunch, lunch,
tea, dinner and even supper.

All Malaysians love Nasi Lemak.

Thosai &
Roti Canai.

These are two are our Indian fellas greatness!
Though, everyone goes to ‘mamak’ and eat thosai and roti canai.
No matter what races, these two will always be the favourites.

Mamak.

Mamak stalls are open-air food establishments in Malaysia,
which serve a type of Indian cuisine unique to the region.

Mamak is where Malaysians have a good time. ‘Lepak’ for football
matches, breakfast, lunch, tea time and dinner.
Regardless their age, everyone is enjoying mamak.

Siu Mai &
Chicken Rice.

The chinese most famous delicious delicacies are
these two! Dumpling or known as Siu Mai and
Chicken Rice.

Siu Mai are usually filled with chicken or prawn
and the chicken in Chicken Rice usually cooked
with different styles, such as steamed and roasted.

Kopitiam.

The kopitiam is the center of life for many
Malaysians neighborhoods. The word kopitiam itself reflects the
polyglot culture of Malaysia.

— “kopi” is the Malay word for coffee, while “tiam”
is the Hokkien (or Fukienese) word for shop.

Here is where Malaysians gather for breakfast, teatime
or supper ‘lepak hour’. Regardless the races,
everyone is enjoying the good time.
