Client Zone

What Is The Client Zone?

The ‘Client Zone” is the area on the V-Report website where all your personal particulars as a “User” are shown.

You are also able to be kept up to date at all times as to where your verification request is in the process.

You are able to view authenticated Jobseekers and you are able to send free video e-mail via V-Report to your
contacts.

How Do I Access The Client Zone?

When you login as a client, your landing page will be the “Client Dashboard”.

In order to access your Client Zone, you can either click on the “Client Zone” on your dashboard or on “Client Zone” in
the red control panel as illustrated below.

When you click on the “Client Zone”, you will be taken to the page shown below. All your particulars will be shown on
this page and if you need to “edit” any information, you would then click on “Edit My Profile” as illustrated below.

On this page you are also able to upload your company logo in order for the page to be more personalised, however,
please note that only the following files are able to be uploaded here: JPEG, GIF, PNG and maximum upload is 2MB.

If you wish to make changes to your profile, when you click on “Edit My Profile” as above the following page will show
where you will be able to make the necessary changes and submit. All the changes made on this page will be amended
accordingly.

What Does “View Authenticated Jobseekers” Mean?

You are able to view if a Candidate has had their ID Validated and Verified in this section.

This means that if an ID is Validated then the ID number is indeed a South African ID Number and does match up to
the Home Affairs database and if an ID is Verified then that specific ID Number matches up to the Name and Surname
of that Candidate at Home Affairs.

Once the above 2 verifications have been completed on a Candidate, the candidate will then be “Authenticated”.

In order to confirm if a Candidate is “Authenticated” through V-Report, you would click on “View Authenticated
Jobseekers” as shown below in your “Client Zone”.

The screen below will show, you will then capture the Candidate`s ID Number in the “Search” field.

If the Candidate`s ID Number has been “Validated and Verified” it will then show you the details of that Candidate as
shown below.

If the Candidate`s ID Number has not been “Validated and Verified” it will then give you a search result of “No records
found for this Jobseeker” as illustrated below.

What Is “Free” Video Email From V-Report?
You are able to send free video Email to your Email contacts via the V-Report website.
In order to access Video Email, click on the link as shown below:

The following screen will appear, click on “Allow” so that V-Report can have access to your camera and microphone in
order for you to record the video email.

When you have clicked on “Allow”, you will “Record” your Email, you are then able to “Play” it back to listen to your
recorded message and then “Send Video Mail” as illustrated below.

When you click on “Send Video Mail”, you will have to capture your name and email address and the email address of
whom you are emailing the video mail to as well as all other relevant information on the Subject of the email and any
additional information you wish to capture. Once all information has been captured, click on “Send Email” and your
message will be sent to the applicable person`s e-mail address for review and / or reply.

How Do I Know The Status Of My Verification Requests?

You are able to check the “status” of all the verifications (orders) that you have captured on the V-Report website from
your Client Zone as illustrated below.

What Do The Different Status’ Mean?

 Verification “In New”:

When you capture a new verification request, the order request will show in this section.

 Verifications “In Progress” :

Once all required details and accompanying documentation has been received by V-Report for an order
captured, the status is changed to “in progress” and that means that your request is being actioned.

 Verifications “In Provisional”:

When V-Report has completed some of the checks on your order, we issue you with a “Provisional” Report
in the interim until the full order request has been completed.

 Verifications “In Pending”:

When there is a query on a verification request and / or documentation is required before V-Report can
action an order, the request will show in “Pending” until documentation has been received and / or query
has been resolved.

 Verification “Completed”:

When all required checks have been completed on an order, the verified certificate will then be housed in
this section indefinitely so that you will have access to these reports/ certificates at all times. Clients do
find this helpful from an audit perspective as it has a history of all verifications completed on Candidate`s
by yourself and you are able to download the certificate at any time.
