V-Report Live Interviews

By using our Live Interviews system you can gain a look into Who the Jobseeker is, What he or she is all about and
then make the decision Will he or she fit in with your client and the finally Why do you think they will be a success.

All of this can be done without you leaving your office and the Jobseeker not having to take time off work, sit in traffic
and arrive at your offices all hot and bothered.

As easy as sending a link in an e mail and with a webcam and microphone you and your Jobseeker are ready to go.

To access your live Interviews section you proceed to your client dashboard and simply click on the “Live Interviews”
button. The following page will be brought up.

On the page about you are requested to create your live interview room. This can be the name of your company or the
first name and surname of your Jobseeker.

Here we have added the company name XYZ Company and will then proceed to click on create

We know proceed to setup the interview. Here you will receive the link to the Interview room which can be used for
immediate interviews, you can simply send the Jobseeker the link and an e mail and you are ready to go.

You are also able to setup future dated interviews by clicking on the interview date box and using the sliders to select
your date and time. One that has been complete you click on the “Setup your E-Mail” box and simply capture the
Jobseekers e mail address and send.

The Jobseeker will receive an e mail which will show the date and time of the interviews and a link to the interview
room you created.

The e mail the Jobseeker receives.
The Jobseeker will then receive your Invitation to the Interview.

They will then proceed to click on the link at the time of the interview and they will be brought into the interview
room.

Should the Jobseeker attempt to access the Interview room earlier than the scheduled interview date and time they
will be prompted to the current date and time and the time of their actual Interview.

Should the jobseeker enter the Interview room at the time and date of the Interview they will be brought to an initial
setup page where our system checks that they have the requirements for the interview as well as to request access to
use their webcam and microphone. They then proceed to click on “Enter Live Interview” to access the interview room

You as the client will enter the room from the link provided and the Jobseeker from the link sent to them via e mail
and once both have entered it will appear as follows:

NB! PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THESE INTERVIEWS HAVE A TIME LIMIT OF 15 MINUTES ONLY.
Once the interview is completed you simply click on the logoff button or simply close down the page.
The system will automatically log you off after 15 minutes.
