My Account
Where Do I Find The Account Section On The V-Report Website?
When you have logged in to the V-Report website, you are able to access your Account Section from the Dashboard or
from the Red Control Panel as shown below.
Who Has Access To The “Account Section”?
Only the allocated ‘Main User” of the company will have access to the account section, “Sub Users” do not have
access to this feature on V-Report.
When you have clicked on “My Account”, the following page will be shown and depending on what data you need to
view, you would click on the applicable tab button.
Invoices:
When you click on “Invoices”, you will be able to view what invoices have been sent to your company.
If you wish to view a specific invoice, you will click on “view” as illustrated below.
For example, you need to view Invoice 175, dated 11042013 for an amount of R570.00 which is still in “Pending”
status.
This “Pending” Status means that this particular invoice is “unpaid”.
Once you click on “view” the invoice will be displayed. You are also able to pay invoices online by clicking on “Pay
Invoice Online”
If you request to pay the invoice online, you will then be taken to the V-Report payment gateway where you will
proceed with your payment.
Usage Reports:
When you click on “Usage Reports”, you will be able to view the verifications / orders that have been captured by the
“active” users allocated by your company on the V-Report website.
The following screen will show when you click on “view” for a specific month. The usage report as shown below is for
the period 01012013 to 31012013. You are able to download the usage report for record purposes.
Bur Pre-Paid Credit:
Prepaid and Credit Card Users are able to buy credits directly from the website by clicking on “Buy Pre-Paid Credit”.
Once you have clicked on “Buy Pre-Paid Credits, the following screen will show and you are able to select the bundle
that you wish to purchase and / or select your own amount, providing it is greater than the minimum bundle purchase
of R570.00
You will select your payment method, i.e. Credit Card or EFT. Once you have selected your payment method, you will
be directed to the V-Report payment gateway where you will capture all relevant details and process your payment for
the prepaid purchase.
If you do not wish to make payment via the V-Report payment gateway and prefer to make payment directly through
the bank, all V-Report`s banking details are shown on the “Buy Prepaid Credits” page.
Once you have made your payment, please e-mail the confirmation of payment to [email protected] and / or
[email protected] in order for V-Report to allocate the credits to your V-Report account.
My Pre-Paid Credit Balance:
If you are a Prepaid Client and you want to confirm the availability of funds in your V-Report account, click on
“My Pre-Paid Credit Balance”.
Once you have clicked on “My Pre-Paid Credit Balance”, the following page will show and you will be able to view your
balance, being the Main User as well as all the Sub Users balances as at that specific date.
Price List:
You are able to view the V-Report`s price list from this section by clicking on “Price List”.
Once you have clicked on “Price List” the full V-Report product range will show with the applicable prices allocated to
those specific products.
Company Usage Reports:
If you wish to view your company`s usage reports for previous months, you are able to access this section as well.
When you click on “Company Usage Reports”, the page illustrated below will show, you then click on “view”.
Once you click on “view” for a specific month, the usage report will give you a breakdown of each user for a particular
month.
