View Orders

What Is The Function Of “View Orders”?

You are able to view the details of all the verifications / orders that you have requested on a Candidate via the
V-Report website.
Where Do I View My Orders?
You are able to access the “View Orders” section from the Dashboard or the red control panel as shown below.

How Do I View My Orders?

You click on “View Orders” as shown above, the following page will show, you will then select “view” on the applicable
order that you are wanting to check.

Once you have clicked on “view”, you will be able to view important and relevant details pertaining to that order,
which includes:

 The Jobseeker`s Name

 The date that you requested the verification which will assist you in terms of the SLA (i.e. the turnaround time
you can expect to wait before you receive a results on the requested check)

 The verifications / checks that you requested on this candidate and the cost for the check.

 Other information is also available as illustrated below.
