ATS The link to the system for student is available on the Unirazak website under Student Portal: https://ats.unirazak.edu.my/open.php
ATS Students just need to fill up the necessary information and click “Create Ticket” to submit for any enquiry or complaint or request for assistance.
ATS Submission for issue or problem or inquiry to specific department Student can always choose or select the predefined issue or problem to specific department as shown in the ATS.
ATS All general issue or inquiries will be submitted to our CRM agent which will escalate the issue to the related department. Staff will be notified in email for any issue assigned to him or her by the CRM agent or by the ATS itself.
