Welcome to the West Tex!
The Western Wastes of West Texas have long since been abandoned, especially the
town of Alpine and the surrounding Twin Mnt Territory. For the longest time, the
town was believed to have been entirely inaccessible due to the number of hostile
robots that were put there before the Great War. Now rumors of the town’s loss of
robots have spread across the Wastes and all eyes are now set upon it and the hoard
of prewar tech and supply that have been guarded since the bombs fell over 200
years ago.

Confederal States of Texas
The Confederacy as many call it came about in the early
years of the Great War. Texas prior to the great war was a
beacon for military training and equipment development

For around the first hundred years, they stayed in their

Eastern Cohort
Ceasars Legion, scourge of Nevada and Arizona has long
since imploded on themselves by the death of their
Ceasar. Though the implosion made them vulnerable to
the retaking of the tribes they once overruled, there are
those who still were loyal to the ways of Ceasar and have
become an ever-encroaching menace of West Texas. Now
aiming for the tribals of Texas and the slavery to all those
who resist. Though they are less in number than their
once thousands, the hundreds that are left are those who
are so dedicated to Ceasar's ideologies that it has gone to
near fanaticism as many have reverted to even the belief
of the Roman Gods themselves for worship and fanatical
excuse to rule overall

Tatsinuupi Tribunal
Though many of the Tribals around the American Wastes are
much more of an arrow first and ask questions later, the
Tatsinuupi Tribunal are the few who will ask first then shoot.
Made up of many of the old Native American Reservations of
texas and Arizona, these people fled the tyranny of Ceasars
Legion but since its implosion, they took back portions of their
once originated land. The Tatsinuupi people are made up of
Three Tribes that trace their heritage to the Commanche,
Apache, and Jumano people of Western Texas and Eastern
Arizona. While each act in their own ways and values they are
the less likely of which to kill you on sight but with any
provocation will run you down with their domesticated
Hayburners, a mutated cross between Prong Horns and Horses.
La Familia Jinete
The Jinetes were once a large mafia family across the border
in the early days of the Great War, when the bombs fell they
took their shot to take control of territory and resources from
not only what was left of the military but as well other large
groups of survivors. Many of the original members of the
family were Ghoulified and to this day run many different
parts of the family. However, their reign didn't last in Mexico
as when survivors and other larger factions began to grow
they pushed the Jinetes out of the cities and they were forced
across the border. Before they left the deserts of Northern
Mexico they brought all of their motorized vehicles and
equipment and have since been a safe haven for all criminals
across the wastes, only asking tribute for their haven in return.

Brotherhood of Steel
After the Master’s Mutant Army was defeated the Brotherhood of
Steel made large airships to scour the east to destroy the
remaining Mutants of the Master’s Army. During their trek across
the midwest, a large storm tore into the fleet and scattered a few
of the ships, one of which was a small airship that held a small
platoon of engineers and medics with only a hand full of Knights
and other combat personnel. Their airship was heavily damaged
and a controlled crash landing was made on a mesa, after which
the remaining members made a base around the wreckage. Over
the next near hundred years, they have foregone much of their
original ideals and indoctrinated many other survivors into their
fold but still keeping the values of hoarding technology from
those undeserving with original bloodline members acting as
leadership.
NCR Colonists
When the Legion became unstable enough for other tribes to rise
against them, citizens, retired soldiers and some servicemen
from the New California Republic made their way to open and
dangerous lands. The intent was to slowly begin making more
settlements to ensure the total erasure of the Legion but ended
up being an opportunity for soldiers who wanted to leave the
NCR without deserting. The Western Territories of The
Confederacy welcomed and made deals for parcels of land to the
Colonists in exchange for added military alignment and
protection of towns for those who had experience.

Vaulters
Vault-Tec set Vault 113 for the citizens of Alpine and
the surrounding ranches and desert-dwelling folk of
Big Bend, though it’s believed that there were two
or three other more secretive vaults in the region it
is not known. Many Settlers in The Twin Mountains
and alpine are direct descendants and have
Vault-Tec to thank for it. Vault 113 has long since
been turned into a sort of Hub for the Twin
Mountains region as much of the town surrounding
the vault has long since been overtaken by wildlife
and other hostiles.
Settlers
Some Survivors that call The Twin Mountain region
have begun to dub themselves and other like-minded
survivors Settlers as it’s their job now to take back
wastes to call home. Though there is no real
leadership there are Caravan and Ranch leaders who
convene in Vault 113 to discuss local and survival
issues that affect the community as a whole and look
toward other beneficiaries such as Confederate
Soldiers or even some Legionnaires to ensure the
safety of farmsteads and roads
