This paragraph is logically divided into three parts. At the same time, in
the plot 8 times repeated, that Jehovah helps and blesses everything, that
Joseph does. And only once Joseph himself speak about Elohim, whose
laws he cannot violate. This means, that Joseph, as an Information moving

by Joseph, then it is clear, that the very content of dreams, prompted Joseph,
its meaning. And Joseph did not have to be a "Prophet" for understand this.
And therefore the meaning of the plot is "to connect the fate of Joseph with
the cupbearer Paro", to whom he gives a good interpretation.
Note, what Joseph says about solving the meaning of a dream: Is it not
from Elohim, that we receive the solution? It means, Thoughts of people and
also Dreams, it is an action, that comes from the "Outer God Elohim". And so
he does not mention the name Jehovah. So, Plot about the interpretation of
dreams by Joseph tells us about the level of the organism, not the cell.

And Joseph said to Paro. The dream of Paro is one: what Elohim does,
He announced Paro. Seven good cows are seven years, and seven good

This paragraph is about Paro's dreams, that Joseph interprets. The text of
the paragraph explains to us, that the structure of Egypt operates on a 7-year
cycle, which is determined by the god Elohim.

describes the structure of Egypt as built according to the 7 year Elohim cycle.
