Principle of Teaching Principles of Teaching refers to the standard and ways of how an effective teaching and learning process would go on. In my opinion, it helps to organise teacher ’ s work flow and work load effectively. It is also significant to always adapt and adopt to constant changes and students needs in order to form a perfect learning process for students. A good relationship between teacher-student, effective communication, feedback and also making sure every student is included and guided. Besides that, setting learning objectives is also important in principles of teaching. This ensures students achieve the goal of lesson and improve themselves in the language acquisition.
By Estelle Darcy Overall Reflection Overall, to conclude my amazing time and journey in this class of microteaching during my last semester was indeed amazing and challenging. It was fun and packed with knowledge and skills that is important for me to possess to be an excellent future educator. I had great times with my friends during group work and also had fun creating creative teaching aids to be used for the lesson plans and my mock teaching. It was a great practice to sharpen my skills and knowledge on how to create correct lesson plans, appropriate teaching materials and how to cater to students needs accordingly. Thus, besides having amazing time in classes, I also learnt and gain knowledge and experiences in preparing myself to be a good teacher in the nearest future.
