Hair Fall Permanently!

Hair fall is a natural phenomenon. However, if
the rate of hair fall exceeds the growth of new
fair it leads to baldness or hair loss. There could
be different or multiple reasons for hair fall.
Common causes are stress, anxiety, minerals or
vitamins deficiency, after effects of pregnancy
or surgery, a long-term illness like typhoid.
Here are 10 simple steps to regain hair health and
nourishment.
Step 1: Go natural. Stop using chemicals
Step 2: Use hair oil once a week
Step 3: Daily drink vegetable juice and eat one
tomato with every meal.
Step 4: Take multivitamins/nutrients tonic from
Ayurveda.
Step 5: Do not overeat or oversleep
Step 6: Avoid too much caffeine, alcohol, spicy and
fried food.
Step 7: Drink lot of water
Step 8: Do yoga and cardio exercises
Step 9: Take one spoon of herbal mix daily
Step 10: Do not stress about your hair
Herbal mix:-
Take equal amount of methi (fenugreek), ajwain
(carom seeds), sesame seeds and flax seeds.
Ground them and take one tablespoon daily on
empty stomach with amla or aloe vera juice. Do this
for minimum 8 to 10 weeks for sure results.
