Review of 5S Progress

The 5S implementaƟon journey started since October
2015. Currently we have successfully signed off for the
first 3S, SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO.

Stages Sign OFF

STAGE 1 : SEIRI (SORT) April 2016

STAGE 2 : SEITON (SET IN ORDER) October 2016

STAGE 3 : SEISO (SWEEP) April 2017

We are currently moving forward towards overall im-
plementaƟon and is expected to be cerƟfied by the
Malaysia ProducƟvity CorporaƟon (MPC).

and transform TAMCO to be lean, orga-
nized and opƟmized efficiencies.
