CELESTE | REDEFINING COMPACT LIVING IN MUMBAI
Situated in the prime location of Worli in Mumbai the
design comprises of a singular tower that orients itself
to the sea-view with a richly textured play on the facade.
The apartments at 350sq.ft each, attempt to provide
a new typology for the millenial crowd of Mumbai, at
affordable price-points, in a market where prices are
beyond reach for most youngsters. The acommodation
is characterised by multipurpose living spaces which can
be modulated to engage and entertain. The apartments
and community spaces allow for horizontal integration
and create a perfect stage for social collaboration.

CAFE B | F&B IN A HERITAGE BUILDING- BAR|RESTAURANT
Housed in a heritage building on club street, cafe b
is a contemporary chic restauarant and bar serving a
blend of italian and japanese offerings. A neural setting
of white surfaces contrasting with regal wood paneling
is complemented with sculptural forms in black with teal
accents, drawing inspiraton from the aviation cocktail.
The project scope included interior design, bespoke
furniture and accessories.

AEON| MAXIMISING VIEW
Situated in the rapildly developing eastern sububurbs of
Mumbai the design comprises of two conjoined towers
that orient themselves towards the view through an
interesting articulation of form. This view-centric design
gives rise to six layered volumes of varying heights, each
shifting incrementally, towards the view, so that most of
the interior spaces get advantage of the preferred view,
this site has to offer. The towers are organized on a tall
parking podium that is rendered with a play of lights
and shadows and interlaced with vertical greens. The
amenities are situated on the podium with an expansive
view..

TERRACES @ ARBORETUM, NAIROBI
The site is a 2 acre plot next to the university and the
State House. This location is populated by youth from
various parts of Africa and is along the Masonga Wai
river, with panoramic views of the Arboretum. The
design creates an experential path leading to the river
with community spaces dithering between the exterior
and interior spaces. The form is articulated into a series
of terraces responding to the panoramic vista, while
creating premium units for the development. The project
is characterised by compact but comfrotable and well
finished apartments ranging from 30sq.mts to 80sq.mts.

Bar Counter Design
THE TILT | PRIVATE RESIDENDCES
The TILT, is a residential development with 2 villas
for two families and 2 additional houses for rental
purposes. A singular road, lined with trees and a
formal green, traverses the property into two parts
feeding into two units each on either sides. The villas
have been positioned such that they have each their
own private green at the outer periphery of the site. A
communal block with pool and gym separates the two
villas yet these shared amenities bind the inhabitants.
The development has been planned with the utmost
care and consideration of the existing trees on the site.
