We are exposed to two evolutionary forces
in every generation, one imposed by nature
and another created by humans.

10

To handle both the evolutionary forces, we
choose to use the same tool called “Change”.
In a dynamic world, even the change
approaches can’t remain static.

1

Anywhere there is change, resistance pops up
by default. We have always resisted change,
throughout the history of human evolution.

2

Our comfort zones are too small with thick walls, making it
difficult for us to step out even for small changes.
We don’t resist change, we resist leaving our comfort zones.

3

Comfort zones keep us cozy, but outside the
comfort zone is a world full of opportunities.

4

Despite resistance to change, we will keep evolving
because not evolving is not optional for us, it has never
been. Question is, at what pace do we evolve?

5

The catch is that evolution is not
possible without change.

6

Change begins by redefining the boundaries
of our comfort zones and at times when the
walls of our comfort zones become too thick,
change means a complete destruction of these
comfort zones. But when we continue to resist

change, the question pops up:
At what cost are we resisting change?

7

We gather so much clutter around us that fades our
vision, reduces the pace of adoption, and hinders learning

8

— resulting in the further squeeze of our comfort zones,
and making us short-sighted and self-centred.

9

10

But, before the change tornado turns
destructive, we need to replace our resistance
with persistence, the change mindset with an
evolution attitude, and fear with hope.

11

Conventional change approaches
will not fit into the evolution game
for a simple reason. It is that every

evolution is change, but every
change is not evolution.

12

We need to write a new manual
on every turn of evolution. Our
approaches need to keep evolving

along the evolution path.

13

But before we begin, we must acknowledge that
we are being chased by sharks, tigers, and eagles.

We are no longer safe in our comfort zones.

14

We need to expand our comfort zones to
accommodate change in the direction of evolution.

15

The game is no longer change, it’s evolution.

16

And the Law of Evolution is straightforward.
Change or perish.

17

When running faster than a
tiger is not a possibility, riding

the tiger is the answer.

evolving faster than humans,

it becomes a concern.

28

Beyond
Boundaries

Evangers is an integrated approach to activate thinking that transforms the
change mindset into an evolution attitude.

By increasing the kinetic energy of ideas, creating white spaces in our day,
activating perspective thinking, and shifting our focus from time to energy,
we can create energy abundance. By developing an evange mindset, we will
not only enhance our potential to do much more in less time while creating
new synergies in the team but also create a self-adjusting mechanism that will

keep us aligned with the evolution path.

29

Evange Pyramid

30

When we replace our fear with hope,
and resistance with resilience, change
transforms into evange.

While the change mindset limits our pace, an evange
attitude can accelerates the evolution process.

“An idea is useless unless used. “
Theodore Levitt

An idea by itself is worthless. Most ideas fail to reach their true potential due to failure at the
execution stage. The power of an idea is in sharing. By sharing ideas, we can increase the kinetic

energy of ideas, bringing them closer to the threshold level necessary for their execution.

35

36

Every time we share an idea, it creates
a fusion of ideas which will increase the
kinetic energy of the idea, thus increasing
the chances of creating a new perspective.
In turn, it might have chances of delivering
better results than the original idea. In
this process, we do have the possibility of

creating serendipity.

37

38

Staying relevant in reference to time and circumstances is as
essential for humans as it is for technology. It simply means

constantly being in a state of change.
The Stay Relevant Model aims to increase the

kinetic energy of ideas.

39

Evolution is a collective compulsion, not an individual choice.

The conventional change approach is based on the CATS premise first
introduced in 1947. However, the pace of technological development is
accelerating, and we are no longer chasing a deer. Instead, a tiger is chasing

us. We need an evolution approach to face the tiger.
Nature created humans to evolve in a linear fashion but humans created
technology that evolves exponentially. That’s where the challenge lies for us.
We as the human species have been evolving for the last six million years.
Much faster than the rest of the species. This pace still needs to be aligned
with technological evolution. All we need is a shift from a change mindset to

an evolution attitude.
