What about- alcohol, drugs, and littering
Know your limits, and stay within them. Glass containers are not allowed. The National Park
Service and other law enforcement agencies do not recommend mixing boating and drinking;
they may fine, arrest and remove people from the river who litter, are under the influence of
alcohol, illegal drugs, or display disorderly conduct. Your cooperation is your responsibility.

Are there age limits?
People of almost any age can enjoy a Kittatinny river adventure. Young children or any child
who is not comfortable in moving water should not be on the river. It is your responsibility to
assess the risks and dangers of allowing a child under your care on the river. We have no way
