CitySolar was established in 2014 to serve the fast
growing demand of Solar Energy specialized in Solar
Photo-voltaic ( PV ) power generation in UAE.
The core of our business is to design, supply, install,
commission and maintain solar energy PV system.
CitySolar Offers a Full turnkey Solutions competitive
prices either in on-grid or off-grid schemes.

All in-house solar expertise and resources; City Solar
highly specialized team will manage & install project
from start to finish.

City Solar is one of the leading DEWA approved solar energy EPC contractor under the
Shams Dubai.
Shams Initiative is DEWA’s first smart initiative to connect solar energy to buildings, a
part of the Distributed Renewable Resources Generation programme. This leading
initiative supports the vision of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice
President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to make Dubai the smartest
city in the world.

The first Net Zero Energy city( Fully solar powered ) in Dubai and in the region . A first of its kind, and
considered one of the most unique developments in the region and the world, it meets and exceeds
international sustainability standards.

The largest farm of solar shaded car parking with total capacity of 3 MWp ,These car parks will cater to the
parking demand of residents and visitors .The solar shaded car parks will supply the electricity to power public
LED lighting, community facilities, as well as the electric vehicles – all for FREE, thereby helping the city achieve

NET ZERO service charges.

The First negative life cycle footprint building in the region. Over its 50-year lifespan, the building will
produce 140% of its energy requirements, covering its operational consumption while offsetting its
manufacturing, construction and demolition carbon emissions.

Hotel Indigo, The first of its kind resort in the region which is powered 100% by solar energy. It contains
143 bungalows and individual units.

"Silicon Park" is set to become the 23
first smart city project to take shape
at Dubai Silicon Oasis.The "Silicon
Park" project has been designed to
comply with the Dubai Government’s
strategic direction on smart cities
that focus on six pillars: life, society,

with ‘green’ building material and
control mechanisms as well as solar
panels and double-glazed windows to
