LOCATION MAP COURSE SITE MAP About the Course One of the most popular 18-hole championship courses in Southeast Michigan due to its playability, it offers variety with four sets of tees designed to suit every level of player. The jewel of Fox Hills is the Golden Fox, an upscale links-style 18-hole championship course, designed by Arthur Hills. Reminiscent of the great Scottish seaside courses, it features prairie grasses, wetlands, golden box steep bunkers, and large gently-undulating bent-grass greens. Scramble Format: Each player in the group tees off and the best shot is chosen. The remaining players pick up their ball and play from the selected shot. This is repeated until the ball is holed. Players may move their ball one club length no closer to the hole while remaining in the same condition. Players may move their ball one putter head length no closer to the hole on the green. Generally, ties are broken using a scorecard playoff with the lowest score on the most difficult holes being the tiebreaker. Schedule 8:00 AM - 8:50 AM 9:00 AM 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM 2:30 PM Check-in & Breakfast Shotgun Start Lunch at the Turn Dinner Reception Dress Code: 1) It is expected that all golfers will dress in a ladylike and gentlemanly fashion. 2) The following dress code applies to members, guests and children: a) Men: Trousers or shorts (shorts no more than 4 inches above the knee) are acceptable. Shirts must be a traditional golf shirt with collars and sleeves or mock turtle necks with collars of at least 1”. b) Women: Slacks, skirts, or shorts (shorts no more than 4 inches above the knee) are acceptable. Collarless shirts must have a sleeve, and sleeveless shirts must have a collar. c) Unacceptable Attire: Blue jeans, athletic shorts, short shorts or skirts, swimwear, T-shirts, sweat clothes, halter, tube, or tank tops. Mulligans: Mulligans are available for purchase for $5 each with a limit of 1 per person. They cannot be used on contest holes. Refreshments: Enjoy complimentary beer, snacks, and beverages on the course. Refreshments will be served at hole # 5 and hole #15. Lunch can be picked up at the clubhouse at the turn.
