Über die firma








Dear Sirs!

Our company is a family business. Established by brothers, Adam and Roman Górecki, company operated as ARGO since 1982 and in 2001
the name was changed to GÓRECKI.

Connections of the following generations of the Górecki family with the automotive industry reach far back to the past. Rich tradition, high
quality and modern technology have enabled us to acquire a very good market position.
Being an experienced producer of wheel caps and car accessories, we continuously enrich our offer, modernise our production and search
for state-of-the-art solutions. The implemented ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2005 quality system enhances our customers’ trust even
more. Stable and strong position in the domestic market makes it possible for us to successfully compete against foreign producers, and
consequently a considerable part of our production is exported.
We are proud that our products and our company are present on the roads of many countries of the world.

We are open to cooperation in the scope of design and production of injection moulds, production of plastic components and painting
services.

Looking forward to establishing new contacts and starting beneficial cooperation.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren!

unsere Firma ist ein Familienunternehmen, das als eine Gesellschaft der Brüder Adam und Roman Górecki schon seit 1982 unter dem Namen
ARGO tätig gewesen war und im Jahre 2001 auf GÓRECKI umbenannt wurde.

Die Verbindungen der nacheinander folgenden Górecki-Generationen zu der Automobilbranche reichen weit zurück. Umfangreiche
Traditionen, hohe Qualität und moderne Technologien haben uns erlaubt, sehr gute Marktposition zu erreichen. Als erfahrener Hersteller
von Radkappen und Autozubehörteilen bereichern wir ständig unser Angebot, modernisieren die Produktion und suchen nach modernen
Lösungen. Das von uns eingeführte Qualitätsmanagementsystem ISO 9001:2008 und ISO14001:2005 bewirkt, dass wir bei den Kunden
immer größeres Vertrauen genießen können. Stabile und starke Marktposition im Inland erlaubt uns, erfolgreich mit ausländischen Firmen
zu konkurrieren und daher geht ein erheblicher Teil der Produktion in den Export.
Wir sind stolz, dass unsere Produkte und unsere Firma auf den Straßen und Wegen vieler Länder auf der ganzen Welt anwesend sind.

Wir sind offen für die Zusammenarbeit in den Bereichen Projektieren und Fertigen von Spritzgussformen, Herstellung von Produkten aus
Kunststoffen und Lackierungs-Dienstleistungen.

Quality

Qualität








Quality is a way of thinking that results in application of and constant search for the best solutions. Quality is a degree of conformity with a
standard or specific requirements; it is a strictly followed engineering process and the company management so as to ensure its operation
like a healthy organism where everybody is aware and responsible at each stage of production. It requires focusing on current and future
customer needs and actions aiming at their fulfilment. It is also important to ensure two-way, beneficial relationships with suppliers which
should be profitable for both parties .
We were recognised by the Jury of the Media Partner Group by granting us the 2008 EUROPEAN STANDARD sign.

On 12 February 2010 we obtained the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate. This system focuses on understanding
and meeting customer requirements, adopting a process approach, delivery of the process effectiveness results and their continuous
improvement based on objective measurements.
In October 2011 we obtained ISO 14001 : 2005 certificate concerning quality and environment policy.
Considering the fact that the automotive industry imposes high requirements in the scope of product quality, productivity, competitiveness
and continuous development, the next stage after acquiring the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System Certificate shall
be implementation of ISO/TS 16949 System.





Die Qualität ist eine Denkweise, die bewirkt, dass nur die besten Lösungen verwendet und dauernd gesucht werden. Die Qualität ist
ein Maß der Übereinstimmung mit einem Muster oder Spezialanforderungen, eine exakte Einhaltung des technologischen Prozesses
und eine solche Verwaltung, die bewirkt, dass die Firma als „ein gesunder Organismus“ funktioniert, wo jeder in jeder Produktionsphase
bewusst und verantwortungsvoll handelt. Die Qualität erfordert, sich auf aktuelle und künftige Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu konzentrieren
sowie entsprechende Tätigkeiten zur Befriedigung dieser Bedürfnisse zu unternehmen. Wichtig sind auch wechselseitige, günstige
Lieferantenbeziehungen, die den gegenseitigen Nutzen bringen sollen.
Wir wurden durch das Ehrenkollegium der Gruppe „Media Partner” anerkannt und erhielten das Promotionswahrzeichen EUROPÄISCHER
STANDARD.

Am zwölften Februar haben wir das Qualitätsmanagementzertifikat ISO 9001:2008 erhalten.
Das System wird auf das Verstehen und die Erfüllung von Kundenanforderungen, die Annahme des Prozessverfahrens, die Lieferung von
Ergebnissen über die Rechtswirksamkeit von Prozessen sowie ihre ständige Verbesserung aufgrund von objektiven Messungen aufgerichtet.
Im Oktober 2011 haben wir das Zertifikat ISO 14001:2005 in Bezug auf Qualitäts- und Umweltpolitik erhalten.
Wir sind uns dessen bewusst, dass die Automobilindustrie hohe Anforderungen an Produktqualität, Produktivität, Wettbewerbsfähigkeit
und kontinuierliche Entwicklung stellt. Der nächste Schritt – nach der Zertifizierung des integrierten Managementsystems für Qualität und
Umweltschutz - ist für uns demzufolge die Einführung des Systems ISO/TS 16949.

GOLD MEDAL OF THE POZNAŃ INTERNATIONAL FAIR 2009

Winning of the GOLD MEDAL of the Poznań International Fair was the proof of the high quality of our products. The jury of the PIF Gold
Medal contest consisted of field specialists, professors and scientists, whose task was a thorough examination of submitted products.
The series of wheel caps: Spyder, Radical, RST of the RACING4 brand submitted by us to the contest met with the Chapter’s recognition.
Not only the wheel caps – their visual appearance, form, quality of workmanship – but also the whole production process were subject
to examination. The Chapter of the PIF Gold Medal contest appreciated also our care for the environment, both in the whole production
process and the process of wheel caps use.

WE WON THE 2011 CUSTOMERS’ GOLDEN LAUREL & GRAND PRIX

The Media Partner Group conducted for the fifth time research in terms of popularity of the products in the domestic market. They were
the society’s opinions verified by surveys. The aim of the research was to specify the level of general popularity of products and services. As
it turned out, the Górecki company took the first place in the category of car hubcaps and thus it received the Consumer’s Golden Laurel
2011. Since it was already our third Consumer’s Golden Laurel in a row (2009, 2010, 2011), we received a Grand Prix. What is significant for
us is the fact that the customers themselves choose the most esteemed products, and that is why the value of the awarded medal is so
important for us.

QUALITY OF THE YEAR

The high quality of workmanship and modern appearance of wheel covers won the Company the exclusive “QUALITY OF THE YEAR” award
in 2010, 2011, 2014, 2015 and the “QUALITY OF THE YEAR – 2011 PRODUCT”. In 2015 we received the “QUALITY OF THE YEAR – GOLD”, and in
2016 we were nominated for the highest award “QUALITY OF THE YEAR – DIAMOND”.

GOLDENE MEDAILLE
DER INTERNATIONALEN MESSEN IN POSEN 2009

Das Zeichen der hohen Qualität unserer Produkte war die Gewinnung der GOLDENEN MEDAILLE der Internationalen Messen in Posen.
Die Jury des Wettbewerbs von ZMMTP bestand aus Fachleuten aus der Branche, Professoren und Wissenschaftlern, deren Aufgabe eine
gründliche Untersuchung der zum Wettbewerb angemeldeten Produkte war. Die Radkappen der Serie: Spyder, Radical, RST der Marke
RACING4, die von uns zum Wettbewerb angemeldet wurden, fanden die Anerkennung des Ehrenkollegiums. Der Beurteilung wurden
nicht nur die Radkappen selbst, sondern auch ihre Ästhetik, Form, Fertigungsqualität sowie der ganze Produktionsprozess unterzogen.
Das Ehrenkollegium von ZMMTP schätzte auch unsere Sorge um die Umwelt in dem ganzen Produktionsprozess sowie um die weitere
Verwendung von Radkappen.

WIR GEWANNEN DEN GOLDENEN LORBEERKRANZ DER KUNDEN 2011 (ZŁOTY LAUR KLIENTA 2011) UND DEN GRAND PRIX
Die Gruppe „Media Partner“ führte schon zum fünften Mal Untersuchungen auf die Beliebtheit der Produkte auf dem inländischen Markt
durch. Es waren Meinungen der Gesellschaft, die aufgrund von Umfragen verifiziert wurden. Die Untersuchungen hatten zum Ziel, das
Ausmaß der öffentlichen Beliebtheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen zu beurteilen. Es erwies sich, dass die Firma Górecki den ersten
Platz in der Kategorie von Fahrzeugradkappen errang und demzufolge Złoty Laur Klienta 2011 gewann. Weil wir schon zum dritten Mal
hintereinander mit diesem Preis ausgezeichnet wurden (2009, 2010, 2011), erhielten wir gleichzeitig die Grand Prix-Medaille Es ist von großer
Bedeutung, dass die höchst geschätzten Produkte von den Kunden ausgewählt werden, und deshalb ist der Wert der verliehenen Medaille
für uns sehr wichtig.

QUALITÄT DES JAHRES

Das Ergebnis von gleichbleibend hoher Fertigungsqualität und modernem Design der Radkappen ist der exklusive Preis „QUALITÄT DES
JAHRES”, die unsere Firma in den Jahren 2010, 2011, 2014 und 2015 erhalten hat, sowie der Preis „QUALITÄT DES JAHRES - PRODUKT 2011”.
2015 haben wir den Preis „QUALITÄT DES JAHRES - GOLD” bekommen und 2016 sind wir für den höchsten Preis „QUALITÄT DES JAHRES -
DIAMANT” nominiert.
