International Intensive Training?

In this flyer we hope to show you what 9 Intensive
days to build NVC awareness and skills can do.

INTERESTED ?

Receive IIT updates, details and exclusive videos/
audios, that we will create up to June. Whatever
your decisions ends up being, it is our aim is to help
you apply and spread more empathy in the world.

Purpose I:

Personal and Professional Relationships
We aim for you to leave the IIT better equipped to initiate difficult
conversations and communicate in a way that creates a greater shared
understanding.
A part of it is so you can remain more peaceful and express yourself
powerfully while staying respectful.
It is surprisingly common in our culture that we resort to blame, gossip
or avoidance when conflicts arise, despite conflict being an essential
part of healthy collaboration.

Purpose II:

Inner Transformation
We probably live in the happiest moment in history. Yet so many peo-
ple struggle with the issue of worthiness that it has shaped our entire
culture.
At the IIT you will have the opportunity to shift patterns of thinking,
learn to express and receive gratitude in more life serving ways so you
can learn to embody unconditional love and increase self-awareness
so you live a more life serving and wholehearted life in today’s tough
culture.

Purpose III:

Contribution and Social Change
In some ways we all go through life taking on roles as teachers, leaders,
parents. At the IIT you bring with you how can NVC be shared, how can
you make social change happen and bring NVC into your community,
personal- or professional life.
