jako prosty masztalerz, koniuszy, weterynarz, hodowca itd. pod okiem legendarnych mentorów,
Andrzeja Krzyształowicza i Ignacego Jaworowskiego.
Budowanie dzisiejszej potęgi polskiej hodowli koni arabskich odbyło się przy ich osobistym
zaangażowaniu i poświęceniu – codzienną pracą w stadninach, ale też zdobywaniem kontaktów,
zaufania, autorytetu i szacunku na całym świecie. Wyrazem tego są choćby funkcje pełnione
społecznie w krajowych i międzynarodowych organizacjach zrzeszających hodowców: Polskim
Związku Hodowców Koni Arabskich, Europejskiej Konferencji ds. Organizacji Pokazów Koni
Arabskich (ECAHO) i Światowej Organizacji Konia Arabskiego (WAHO).
Niezliczone są tytuły, wyróżnienia i honory, jakie spotykały polskie konie, wyhodowane dzięki
odważnym decyzjom, wiedzy, doświadczeniu i intuicji hodowlanej Pana Jerzego Białoboka, Pana
Marka Treli i Pani Anny Stojanowskiej. Sukcesy te miały bezpośrednie przełożenie na rosnącą
wartość rynkową polskich koni – nie tylko tych ze stadnin państwowych, ale też tych własności
prywatnej.
Polskie konie arabskie to element naszego dziedzictwa narodowego. Dzięki zachowaniu
ciągłości trwania i opiece państwa polskiego nad stadninami, stały się też jedynym krajowym
produktem eksportowym, który nieprzerwanie od dziesiątków lat cieszy się rosnącym uznaniem
wśród odbiorców na całym świecie. Hodowla koni arabskich jest dziedziną niezwykle wrażliwą i
każda nagła zmiana może mieć dla niej przykre i nieodwracalne konsekwencje. Jednym
z elementów sukcesu jest ciągłość jej trwania, zapewniona utrzymywaniem przez najcenniejsze
stadniny statusu firm państwowych. Drugim powinno być zapewnienie jak najlepszej,
profesjonalnie przygotowanej kadry: od podstawowej, na poziomie obsługi stajni, aż do „głów“
w postaci doświadczonych hodowców, kierowników, prezesów.Mamy wrażenie, że głowa
została właśnie oddzielona od tułowia.
W związku z tym zwracamy się z prośbą o rozważenie decyzji, które mogą mieć długofalowe i
nieodwracalne skutki dla utrzymania naszej hodowli na dotychczasowym, wysokim poziomie.
Nie mamy upoważnienia do wypowiadania się w imieniu zwolnionych osób i nie apelujemy o
konieczne przywrócenie ich na dotychczasowe stanowiska. Uważamy natomiast, że powinni
mieć przynajmniej szansę powrotu w struktury polskiej hodowli, aby mieć czas na dokończenie
