Requires: Time: 15 minutes Fitness Component:
Running
4 cones (optional)
One or more taggers (Hunters) will be in the middle of
the court/field while the remainder of the participants
(Geese) will be on one side of the court/field. The
teacher will then signal the geese to run to the other
side of the court/field by making a gun sound. The
geese that are shot (Tagged) by the hunters must then
sit on the side line until the next game. The last Goose
standing wins.

Strength
5 or more Balls
Participants will be on teams of 2 to 6. Half of the team will
be on one side of the court/field while the other half is on
the other side. The object of the game is for each team
member to carry grocery bags (Balls) to the other side of
the court/field to the next teammate until all team
members have done so. The number of grocerie bags to
carry will increase each round. If one of your team
members drops a ball of groceries your team is
eliminated. Last team standing wins.

Strength
1 Bean Bag
Participants will gather together in a circle and one
participant will throw a bean bag to a section of the circle.
Whoever catches the bean bag is the middle child and
the two participants next to them are eliminated. If the
bean bag is dropped all participants who tried to catch
the it will have to run around the circle and then rejoin
again.
Extra bean bags can be added in for extra fun .

Nothing
Participants will sit together in a circle and the starter of the
game will begin by HOPPING around the circle to each
participant saying, “Frog, Frog,... RABBIT!!“ whoever is
chosen as the rabbit must get up and HOP as fast as they can
after the person who tagged them. The person who was the
initial tagger must HOP around the circle twice as fast as
possible before taking a seat in the empty space. If the
person who was tagged catches up to the tagger then the
original tagger must go around the circle and tag again.

6 Hula Hoops, 4 Cones, and 2 Basketballs

In this obstacle course the students will be divided into
teams of four. There will be four obstacles set up on each
straight away of the court/field with one team at each
cornner. Each team member must complete a lap of the
courses inorder for the next teammate to go. First team to
get their members through the course the fastest wins.
The first station is set up with six hula hoops that must be
jumped in with both feet together from one to the next.
Next, three cones will be set up down one side of the court
and the participant must run to the middle cone and back to
the starting cone and then to the furthest cone. (2nd ball is
an extra)Next participants must dribble with one hand to
the cone and then switch hands after passing the cone. The
last station is running backwards.

Nothing
The students will line up on one end of the court.
Startimg with the participant on one end of the line
will say a word that starts with the first letter in the
alphabet and then jump as far as they can towards the
other side of the court and the person next to them
will follow with the letter B etc. If a student cant think
of a word they are unable to jump. First person to the
end wins.

9 Hula Hoops and 6 Bean Bags
Participants will split into two teams (Red&Blue
Team)There will be 9 hula hoops on the groud like
tic tac toe boxes with the 6 bean bags placed at
random in each hula hoop. Team members will sprint
to change the order of the bean bags inorder to get 3
in a row. Participants can only pick up one of their
bags and the other teams bags a turn to get 3 in a
row.

2 Hua Hoops
Two teams will be evenly split into two groups with
one group on one end of the court and the other
group on the other end. The first person up will run
as fast as possible to the other end of the court while
hula hooping to pass the hula hoop to the next
person. The first team to get all of their team
members done wins.

Stretching
Nothing
In this game participants will be named off by
numbers like 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 etc. Then they will spread
out randomly on the court/field. Someone will be
selected to CALL OUT random numbers of their
choosing by saying,“BIG 17 says for 2,8,11,and 5 to
stand on one leg.” The participants must stay in the
pose until there number is called again. The BIG
CALLER chooses the next captain by calling out any
number.

4 Cones 4 Balls
A cone will be set up at each corner of the court with
a ball on top. Two participants will be the cop and
robber and will have to run around the court hitting
each corner. The object of the game is for the robber
to make it all the way around the court with the
person who is the cop picking up the balls at each
section to throw them at the robber. The robber will
have a slight head start to make the game fair. If the
robber is hit or makes it to the end the game is over.

Dodge Balls
Students will line up on the base line while one
student is on the side line with a ball. The object of
the game is for the students on the base line to make
it to the other side of the court without being hit by a
meteorite (Ball) that the person on the side line is
throwing. If you are hit you will join the side line with
the person throwing the meteorite to also throw
meteorites. Last person standing wins.

Requires: Time: 15 minutes Fitness Component:
Stretching
Nothing
The students will gather in a circle and one person will
be the leader. The first person will strike a pose and
the person next to them will do the same like a domino
affect. Once the pose has made it back to the first
peron the first person can stop doing to pose and the
domino affect will continue. If someone fails to stay in
the pose they must sit down. Last person standing
wins.
