THE SPRING 2023 HOSPITALITY QUOTIENT WORKSHOP brought together professionals from all corners of the globe for a three-day immersion in enlightened hospitality, hosted by the Union Square Hospitality Group team. Joining us from restaurant groups and hotels, from country clubs and tech platforms, we came together to learn about hiring, hospitality, and building a company culture, with Manhatta’s sweeping, 60th floor views as our backdrop. Outside the “classroom,” highlights included an Ask Me Anything panel with USHG team members, cocktails with Danny Meyer, a behind-the-scenes tour of Gramercy Tavern, breakfast from Daily Provisions and Blue Smoke barbecue for lunch, and an opportunity to network and make new friends and colleagues—all while deepening our understanding of the transformative power of hospitality.
