WELCOME NOTE
December is finally here and we have made it to the last month of what has been a
crazy 2020. The festive season is a perfect time for taking a much-deserved travel
break. This festive season let us all act responsibly to protect ourselves and others
during the holiday. Remember to always wear a face mask, practice social distan-
cing, wash your hands frequently and cover a sneeze or cough with a tissue or bent
elbow.
The President of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa announced some festive season re-
strictions to contain the second wave of infections. All beaches in the Eastern Cape
and the Garden Route District will be closed from 16 December 2020 to 3 January
2021. All beaches in KwaZulu Natal will be closed on 16 December, 25 December, 26
December and 31 December as well as 1, 2 and 3 January 2021. All other beaches in
the Western Cape and Northern Cape will remain open.
Wherever you will be travelling this festive season you will see that a lot of processes
are being put in place to ensure that travellers are safe as they check into their flights,
check into hotel rooms, visit restaurants and doing various activities. Always ensure
that you are satisfied with the procedures in place as it is better to be safe than sorry.
We would like to wish you all a wonderful festive season and looking forward to
hearing where you are travelling to this festive season. Our team is always available
to help you with all your travel planning.
