INTRODUCTION A stall called TJ Burger offers burgers for sale. They provide a variety of burgers, including the Oblong and Benjo. The majority of purchases are made around dinner time. For the majority of individuals who don't have time to cook, burgers are a handy dinner option. TJ Burger initially lacked a social media presence, therefore Gadis Manis, our business, decided to take them on as a client and assist them in marketing their goods on various social media platforms and website. In this project, we need to creative and consistent in order of create interactive content and handling our client's social media to gain audience from public to make sale. As for that, Gadis Manis here are able to create high-quality content, such as videos and photos, for TJ Burger's intended audience with the support of the business itself. 01
ABOUT US We are students from UiTM Rembau, Negeri Sembilan. We are currently completing our Diploma in Communication and Media Studies course. For the completion of our Web Content and Entrepreneurship subject, our beloved lecturer, Miss Anis Aqilah, assigned us to produce a good and highly functional filled with creative content to be posted on our website and social media. Having said that, we are skilled at designing and producing content that will help our client to raise engagement. 02
ABOUT THE FOUNDER 03 His goals in this business is to get additional side income and to help students and society. To achieve his goals, he studied on Youtube on how to make a high quality burger. He also once a student so he put a low price so that the student and nearby community could afford to buy his burger. The founder of TJ Burger is Murtadza bin Abdul Talib also well known as Abang Mus. He started his journey in selling burger is at 12 Jun 2022. He happens to be a law students in UiTM.

One of the benefit is, a good website will open opportunities for businesses to reach more audiences. It also indirectly helps the business to grow by increasing reach, impression and engagement. Apart from that, having a website indicates that the business is real and trustworthy and highlights professionalism in doing business. Therefore, we bring a website that highlights the yellow and black color pallette as the main color, brown and orange as secondary colors. These colors are the colors that describe the signature of food and burgers. The concept of this website is simple and easy to understand. In an age full of digital creation, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok have come up with features that help small businesses grow which is Ads Manager. With this feature on all our social media sites, it can help this business to grow and reach more target audiences. With this facility, we can get to know our target audience more deeply and provide the content they want. before boost after boost 15 Based on the analytics we obtained before and after we boost our ads online, our posting insight increased by 1799 reach, 3335 impressions and 268 engagement in just 7 days. It can be said that this is a great start for us to attract more audiences.

We also engaged about 145% from non-followers through the whole 7 days. TIKTOK Top Post 22 This TikTok post have the highest reach among all other posting in our client' sTikTok account. It reach about 656 views with 81 of total likes. This video total play time is about 6 hours, 24 mins and 6 seconds. This post also gain 1 new follower after it have been posted.

ISSUES ENCOUNTERED ISSUE 1 ISSUE 2 ISSUE 3 Our budget throughout doing this project is limited. However, we managed to use all the funds given by the client well and sparingly. We are very careful in making all purchases to ensure that not a single cent is wasted We have an issue in terms of time to meet with the client for the purpose of shooting the contents. Therefore, we solved this by planning a day that we were really free to shoot all the content Another issue we have faced is miscommunication between us in terms of hashtag use in captions on every social media post. Therefore, we standardize the hashtags that wanted to be used so that we can make it easier for everyone. 24
SUGGESTIONS Make the most accurate budget calculations so that there are no constraints in continuing the project Do time planning wisely so that project management is not delayed and more efficient Everyone needs to discuss every details needed in the project and get everyone ' s agreement so that there is no miscommunication 25
CONCLUSION Gadis Manis have learnt a lot from this project. For example, we learnt how to promote products on social media and web. We realized social media is a very good platform to increase someone ' s business especially in food business because it connect people not only in Malaysia but from around the world. When there is a business, there must be a risk. The risk that we worries is negatives comments from people that can leave a bad impression about the products. 26
