20 MINUTE COMPOSITE FRAME

Madero’s Composite Jamb offers built-in advantages unmatched in the industry. It’s
maintenance free design means less work for you and a longer life for your entry unit.
Composite frames are very strong with superior screw and staple holding power, and a
tough exterior finish. They eliminate the need for cladding and reduce the possibility
of job site damages.
Composite frames are very durable and with the
elimination of water absorption there is no rotting,
molding, swelling or warping making them virtually
maintenance free.

Available in both smooth white and textured grain
finishes, the customer is able to match any color
and style.

Nan Ya Fire Rated Doors have a 20 minute Warnock
Hersey fire rating which are tested and certified with
the composite frame.

20 MINUTE WOOD FRAME

Madero has searched the globe to find the best in finger-jointed wood door components.
A paint grade product, it is manufactured by trimming defects from common grade lumber
to make short lengths of clear lumber. These pieces are then glued into longer lengths and
manufactured into jambs or brick-mould helping reduce the tendency of the pieces to twist or
warp. They cost less than the stain grade equivalent because of this manufacturing process.
High performance is achieved with lower cost. All finger-jointed components should be primed and painted.

90 MINUTE STEEL FRAME

Steel frames provide added security as they are strong and durable.
They are offered with a variety of applications including welded,
expandable, and drywall anchored. Steel frames are Warnock Hersey
certified with a 90 minute fire rating. They come ready to paint and
require little to no maintenance.
