The deal will be executed according to the terms of the contract, while the Power of Attorney (POA) granted by the High Court will come into effect. First and foremost, the children of the real estate owner will attempt to buy back the property using a housing loan. If that is not possible, the relatives or friends nominated by the original homeowner will be considered. If all else fails, the company will proceed with the public sale of the real estate in accordance with the contract terms. 2) If an adopter is only halfway through the adoption process and he/she passes away due to an accident, what can be done? The deal will be executed according to the terms of the contract, while the Power of Attorney (POA) granted by the High Court will come into effect. After the completion of the contract period, the adopter is compelled to sell the property back to the original homeowner at the original property price agreed at the point of adoption. 3) How does HOMEDOPT ensure timely repayment of the mortgage and adoption fees?
