TDG Architects has been involved with The Big Salad since the design
of the first restaurant in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. Since that first store,
TDG has worked with The Big Salad in refining the restaurant concept,
incorporating new equipment and developing the restaurant branding
through architecture.

“I came to TDG Architects with a concept, the passion they shared
for my concept allowed them to turn it into a reality. Five years
and five stores later, TDG still shares in my passion in every new
location that they design for The Big Salad.

Since the beginning, TDG has been and continues to be involved in
every new restaurant we open. They design our space and they bid
and manage the project to ensure that the contractors are building
the space just as they designed. We have been so happy with Brian
and the group at TDG that we have made it mandatory that every
new franchisee use them.”
