Boardwalk Property Co. was established in 2014 with the aim of
refashioning estate agency in Bristol. Fast forward to present day and
all the signs are that we are succeeding.

We recognised that the days of buyers wandering the high street in
search of their next property were over. In 2014, over 93% of property
searches started online. In our view, this made a high street shop front
an expensive luxury, no longer required. That figure is now over 98%.

The savings we make from working from offices and not a shop front
are passed on to our sellers. We offer a very competitive 0.66% including
VAT sales fee with zero risk attached, as you only pay us on completion.

Our ‘refashioned’ service isn’t just about removing the dated high street
shop front. We have used innovations in marketing and technology to
improve on a classic high street estate agency service, helping us sell
homes quicker and for better prices. Boardwalk is a proud Bristol
independent who are passionate about service, with the Directors
visiting real estate agents in New York when setting the company up.
However it’s not just about American style customer service….we have
