Did you know what is development?
How many development should be applied to the
children?
What do you expect about all the development?
What kind of activities can be planned to develop
children’s skills?

'Development’ means changes in your childen's
physical growth. It’s also the changes in your

children’s social, emotional, behaviour, thinking
and communication skills. All of these areas of
development are linked, and each depends on

and influences the others.

Physical development is the process that starts in
human infancy and continues into late adolescent
concentrating on gross and fine motor skills as well as
puberty. Physical development involves developing

control over the body, particularly muscles and
