“Clare’s energy, humour and ability to connect with
both audiences and speakers make her a brilliant
Emcee. She is a consummate professional on stage,
but what really sets her apart is the creativity and
collaboration she brings off stage.
I’ve worked with Emcees who “show up and host”
but Clare takes the extra time to understand your
goals and the nuances of your organisation and then
gets deeply involved in the prep work that makes
for an engaging and authentic event.”

DETAILED ROLE: The consummate professional, confident and a safe pair of hands for the client at all times, ensuring they felt fully supported
and relaxed, knowing everything would successfully go to plan.
I became part of the planning team, meeting with key stakeholders and contributors prior to the event. I prepared scripts to support
the agenda and a running order to deliver the warm, welcoming and humorous tone the client required, as well as ‘interactive’ and
more spontaneous moments to promote social media engagement.
Supported nervous speakers and panel guests on the day and in the pre-recorded sessions, helping them prepare with confidence.
3 full days of rehearsals & pre-recordings for each event.
On the day, I led and Emceed the entire event seamlessly linking the ‘live’ sessions and interactive segments, along with pre-recorded
interviews and speeches to create a ‘wow’ experience!
I moderated 10 panels, interviews and fireside chats with the leadership team that included the CEO, Chief Sales Officer, CMO, SVPs,
analysts and partners.
THE IMPACT: “Clare is fantastic! Her energy, humour and ability to connect with both audiences and speakers makes her a brilliant
Emcee. But what really sets Clare apart, is the creativity and collaboration she brings offstage. She takes the extra
time to understand your goals and the nuances of your organisation making for an engaging and authentic event.
She has truly become a part of the Mitel family.”

BIG DATA LONDON
DETAILED ROLE: This was a complex brief involving pre event liaison with event organisers, meeting and briefing keynote speakers, and preparing
detailed scripts to seamlessly link each session on the day.
During the event, I worked closely with the production team, balancing the needs of speakers in multiple locations with the live
in-theatre audience and attendees watching digitally from around the world. Responsible for greeting and introducing the contributor,
running polling via software platforms and moderating Q&As.
Dealt calmly and professionally with the inevitable glitches: whether challenges with connectivity and tech delays, to nervous
external speakers, I used humour and charm to ensure all audiences were kept highly engaged, captivated and remained in their
seats during the sessions.
THE IMPACT: “Clare is not only a pleasure to work with, but she did an exceptional job for us! Having not run an in-person event
for almost two years, we were particularly grateful for how calmly and impressively she delivered the complex brief.”
