Make sure you spell his/ her name correctly. 2 Use The Correct Greetings & Salutations Be respectful and cordial. 3 Make The Subject Line Count Do not leave this empty. Use the subject line to indicate clearly what you want from the email. 4 Use A Friendly, Professional Tone Use a conversational tone.
