• Worked closely with the Cromwell leasing, asset and project

management team to ensure project objectives were
achieved
• D&C Project
• Fixed lump sump tender
• Managed statutory approvals including CDC and OC
• Working on tight program including liquidated damages. The
project was delivered in 4 stages to meet Cromwell’s leasing
teams objectives. This included working over the Christmas
shutdown period to meet client deadlines
• New foyer on Level 24 which is to be rolled out as the
building standard for the rest of the building including new
design, floor, wall and lift finishes.
• Works included new bathrooms and kitchenettes on each of
the levels and again will be standardized throughout the rest
of the building
