Make Good & Refurbishment. Levels 13,19,24 & 27 Northpoint –
100 Miller Street, North Sydney

PROJECT FEATURES
• Worked closely with the Cromwell leasing, asset and project

management team to ensure project objectives were
achieved
• D&C Project
• Fixed lump sump tender
• Managed statutory approvals including CDC and OC
• Working on tight program including liquidated damages. The
project was delivered in 4 stages to meet Cromwell’s leasing
teams objectives. This included working over the Christmas
shutdown period to meet client deadlines
• New foyer on Level 24 which is to be rolled out as the
building standard for the rest of the building including new
design, floor, wall and lift finishes.
• Works included new bathrooms and kitchenettes on each of
the levels and again will be standardized throughout the rest
of the building

floors of office space at Allambie Grove Business Park,
25 Frenchs Forest Road, Frenchs Forest over an area of
1,770sqm.
