OUR 2019 WINNER!
Our first Class Reunion Challenge year is over
and the Class of 1959 is the winner.
Congratulations for being Top of the Pack!
The Class of 1959 had the highest
percentage of donors of all
the classes that had a major
reunion (increment of 5 or 10
years) during 2019.
We would like to thank
all our donors for
supporting SHSAA.
Without your support
we would be unable to do all that we do!
Next up are the classes from years ending in -0 and -5.
2020 is your year! Rally your classmates now to send
in their donation to the Alumni Association to help push
your class to the Top of the Pack!
As soon as the ground thaws,
things will start to change
in front of the school as our
project takes shape.
In the meantime, the bull
statue is starting to take
shape in artist John Lajba’s
workshop. We stopped to
take some pictures to show a
little ‘before’ of the bull.

Teacher PROJECTS
Every year SHS teachers and staff
are invited to submit their ideas for
funding for innovative projects or
special requests. The SHSAA Board of
Directors reviews all applications with
the goal of funding as many impactful
projects that touch as many students as
possible. Many of these great ideas fall
outside South’s budget parameters and
will not happen without outside help.
SHSAA is happy that, with our generous
supporters, we are able to turn these
ideas into realities.
With your support, in 2019 over $7,000
was approved for the following teacher
special project requests:
