It is a matter of great Pleasure that on the occasion Dr. S.P. Singh
of 130th Birth Anniversary of Bharat Ratna Pt. Gobind (Dean Students Welfare)
Ballabh Pant, Pant Bhawan is organizing “PANT UTSAV-
2017” from 24th August -4th September 2017. PANT Chairman
UTSAV is a ten day celebration amalgamated with cultural, Dr. Omveer Singh
literary, dramatics, fine arts, creative and sports events. It (Warden)
will give a platform to many students to make their unique
identity in different dimensions. We invite you to Organizing Secretary
accompany us on this journey of memorable experiences. Dr. Aman Kamboj

With the plethora of events ranging from Music and
Dramatics to Quizzes and Debates, PANT UTSAV is a General Secretary
perfect chance for all to imbibe the aura of culture, dance, Manish Kumar
fine arts, literary and sports activities.

The Pant Jayanti Celebration

General Rules and Regulations

1. There will be only one team of 25 students from each college for all events of cultural
and literary section.

2. The selection of students will be done at the college level by respective staff
councellors.

3. A Copy of event details and registration form is already sent to all the staff councellors
but students may directly request for a copy of it through email at
[email protected] .

4. The sports events are only for boys and all games will be conducted in the Pant
Bhawan. For participation in sports events contact directly to sports coordinators.

5. Registration is free of cost but submit the registration form before due date to your staff
Councellor as the organizing committee will collect it from staff Councellor on 24th
August 2017.

6. All the participants are requested to read the booklet of rules and regulations very
carefully. Please stick to the rules and regulations otherwise the participant may be
disqualified.

7. The overall trophy to the winner team and awards of individual events will be given in
valedictory function to be held on 10th September 2017 at 4:00 PM in Dr. Ratan Singh
Auditorium.

8. The basis of overall trophy is the number of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prizes bagged by a team in
individual events. 10 points will be awarded for each 1st prize, 7 points for 2nd prize and
4 points for 3rd prize. Prizes and certificates will only be given to winner and runner up
but points of 3rd place will be considered for overall trophy scoring.
