UOB KL Main Branch A stone’s throw from SOGO shopping mall, this project located at Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur, involved the interior and MEP services fit-out of the United Overseas Bank (UOB) Priority Banking Premises at the podium levels of the new UOB Headquarter office building. Symbolic of the distinctive UOB brand, the interior spaces have been mindfully planned with a strong focus on a biophilic design philosophy and progressive sustainability targets. The MEP services are designed and installed with a comfortable ambience customer banking experience with its optimum lux and cooling settings. Built at a project cost of around RM 12 million, the project team drew inspiration from the complexity and challenges faced to complete this project successfully within a tight 10- week construction programme.
