Theme Parks and Entertainment: We have experience and are currently working with major theme parks such as Disney and Universal. We’re eager to continue to grow and work in this creative market! K-12 Schools: Meaningful projects are what we do. We've become a great partner with Orange County Public Schools. Specialized Multifamily: We focused on units that are niche. These are 100 units and under. Specialized Ground Up: Clubhouses, Churches, and other specialized small buildings. PROJECT Onshore Apartments Clubhouse EXPERIENCE Location: Daytona Beach, Florida This state-of-the-art student housing clubhouse featured leasing offices, a game room, a fitness room, and a full bar area. The exterior consisted of an Olympic size swimming pool, putting green, and custom cabanas.
PROJECT Revival Chiropractic EXPERIENCE Location: Altamonte Springs, Florida Project This fast-growing chiropractor was running out of space. We transformed 4,500 SF of an old Lane Bryant into a stunning chiropractor's office. The new office comprises six adjustment rooms, an X-ray suite, a doctor's office, and six consulting suites.
PROJECT Fallen Heroes Tattoo Shop EXPERIENCE Location: Kissimmee, Florida These famous clients came and overtook Florida in the Old Town area. Fallen Heroes is the sophomore location debut of the Colorado Based Flagship. Fallen Heroes is the Largest Tattoo brand in the United States. We had the privilege to build the Largest Tattoo Shop (in SF and Artist in the United States. This 5,000 SF symmetric space was an old gift shop that we turned into a 20-station, 4-piercing shop. This shop is owned by David DB Brown, who forged the Fallen Heroes Tattoo Shop in Colorado, And Christian Cunningham, who is Ink Masters Vet Seasons 6,9,10.
PROJECT Crumbl Cookie Shop EXPERIENCE Location: Kissimmee, Florida This fast-growing Utah-based Cookie Company is expanding across the country. Verity was hired to build one and went on to build 12 across Florida from West Palm Beach to Destin. These particular take-out shops consist of two ovens, a bake prep area, and a dressing station with custom cabinets and under-cab lighting.
