19TH ANNIVERSARY AP2R01IL6 EDITION
ARRESTING the Arrester
Pastor (Dr.) Toyin Laoye Senior Pastor, RCCG Dominion Cathedral
ing and uncommon release from all manner of captivity. The blood of Jesus will keep you victorious over satanic agendas and plans ac- cording to Rev 12:10-11.
There are conditions for divine help from God. If you want God to arrest your arresters, you must:
ehovah is my light and my salva- tion; whom shall I fear? Jehovah is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?” Psalm 27:1 ASV
of Heaven, and Commander in Chief and Au- thority over all powers. This season, God will arrest everyone and everything that wants to hinder His purpose to bring about the ful ll- ment of your destiny and that of your children. He will deliver you from all manner of physi- cal, spiritual, emotional, and marital captivity. Because He is also your Healer, He will ar- rest weakness and sickness that want to put you in captivity and bastardizes your destiny. And for every destiny that has been truncated, there will be uncommon restoration.
With great joy, I welcome you to read and en- joy this Anniversary edition of the Dominion Call, themed “Arresting the Arrester”. I also want to celebrate, appreciate and applaud the Great and Mighty God, who started, stood by and proved Himself in this church for 19 years. I bless and thank God for 19 years of His faithfulness and lovingkindness; 19 years of divine grace and support; 19 years of His glory and uncommon favor that is undeniable over the house of Dominion. There is no doubt that God has built and sustained His church. I sincerely appreciate and thank my God for an uncommon divine backing that produced this undeniable result, continuous growth and progress. The nger of God is obvious in the miracles and blessings of the past 19 years. All glory be unto the great and mighty God! Our help in ages past, and surely our hope for years to come.
sus working behind the scene of the RCCG Dominion Cathedral in the past nineteen years, our song is “For this God is our God, forever and ever, He will be our God from now even unto the end...” Do you know that there are powers that want to terminate your peace, joy and victory? Life is not a fun-fare, but a warfare. The devil paces about looking for whom to devour.
I decree concerning you on this 19th anniver- sary that the God who delivered the Israelites with His mighty hand from Egyptian captivity and Pharaoh's arrest of their destiny will step into your situation and ght for you. Bible says in (Exodus 12:29-36 ASV) “And it came to pass at midnight, that Jehovah smote all the rst-born in the land of Egypt, from the rst- born of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the rst-born of the captive that was in the dun- geon; and all the rst-born of cattle.
As we celebrate the miraculous power of Je-
"An ARRESTER is
anybody or anything that hinders or wants to
HINDER the ful llment of
one’s DESTINY."
In conclusion, please consider surrendering your life totally to Christ to avoid crises both here on earth, and in eternity. Accept Jesus to- day as your personal Lord and Savior. When you take this step now, Jesus becomes your dependable ally and defender. In Exodus, He drowned the enemies of the Israelites. I decree God will do the same for you in Jesus’ Name. Amen. “And when they came down to him, Elisha prayed unto Jehovah, and said, Smite this people, I pray thee, with blindness. And he smote them with blindness according to the word of Elisha. And Elisha said unto them, This is not the way, neither is this the city: fol- low me, and I will bring you to the man whom ye seek. And he led them to Samaria.” 2 Kings 6:18-19 (ASV). He stood by Elisha, when the King is Syria sent his army to capture him. He prayed for God to strike the army with blind- ness, and they all became mentally blind be- fore he nished speaking.
1. Surrender your life totally to Him.
2. Remain on His side, love what He loves
and hates what He hates.
3. Trusts and depend on God for victory in
your present battles... Every recurrent battle shall be destroyed in Jesus’ Name. Amen!
4. Listen and be obedient to God.
5. Worship God.
6. Follow the pattern by which God
speaks. I Sam 3:1-11.
7. Develop a positive mind and kind
attitude. Matt 17:20; 19:26.
8. Make God your ally, supporter &
defender. Victory in life is determined by who your ally is! Jesus defeated death and principalities. Rom 8:16-17.
9. Be holy. Run from sin. Reject sin. Phil 2:9-11.
10. Dwell in His presence continually. Avoid Distraction. Focus on your ally.
As we celebrate our 19th Anniversary, themed “Arresting the Arrester”, my prayer in this season is that God will arrest every power that wants to arrest your victory, peace and joy. An arrester is anybody or anything that hin- ders or wants to hinder the ful llment of one’s destiny. What is arrest? Arrest is detention, bondage, captivity, stagnancy and prison. It is anything that keeps you perpetually stag- nant, struggling, sorrowful and sick. There are situations and af ictions of life that want to arrest your peace and joy, putting you in per- petual sorrow and sadness. My prayer is that God, who has the power to save and deliver, will deliver you from such captivities in Jesus name.
And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he, and all his servants, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt; for there was not a house where there was not one dead. And he called for Moses and Aaron by night, and said, Rise up, get you forth from among my people, both ye and the children of Israel; and go, serve Jehovah, as ye have said. Take both your ocks and your herds, as ye have said, and be gone; and bless me also. And the Egyptians were urgent upon the people, to send them out of the land in haste; for they said, We are all dead men. And the people took their dough before it was leavened, their kneading-troughs being bound up in their clothes upon their shoulders. And the children of Israel did ac- cording to the word of Moses; and they asked of the Egyptians jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment. And Jehovah gave the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they let them have what they asked. And they despoiled the Egyptians.”
Who can deliver you from the Arrester? The Almighty God is the One! God is the only ar- rester of every power that has unjustly arrest- ed you, or wants to arrest your peace and joy. He is the Lord of Hosts, Dependable Ally, De- liverer, Defender General, Supreme Marshal
In this season, may you experience an amaz-
I pray that God will disable, destabilize, de- vour and incapacitate your arresters. I pray that God will deliver you from all seen and unseen enemies. It is your turn to sing a song of triumphant victory!

19TH ANNIVERSARY 2016 EDITION
19th Anniversary Message to the Redeemed Christian Church of God Dominion Cathedral
On behalf of my immediate family and the entire RCCGNA family, I rejoice with all of you at Dominion Cathedral, as you celebrate 19 years of God’s faithfulness, divine provisions, and numerical, but best of all spiritual growth. The past 19 years must have presented countless times of challenges and trials, but God’s grace is sufficient, and He gives us His joy and gladness even in hard and difficult times.
I want to specially congratulate Pastor (Dr.) Toyin Laoye for a job well done and to appreciate the grace of God upon her live in under-shepherding the people of God over these years. While this occasion definitely calls for celebration, it is also an occasion for reflection and a reason to be thankful to God who has been on your side.
Your anniversary theme of “Arresting the Arrester” is most appropriate as it accurately describes what the Lord has purposed to do in this year of His Fullness. The Lord of Host will arrest any power or person that may be standing on your way to becoming what He wants you to be in Jesus’ name. It is the year of His fullness, may you be abundantly multiplied in blessings and every opposition shall be silenced before you in Jesus’ name.
My prayers go with you as you mark this anniversary. May you count the blessings and remember the milestones that the Lord has allowed you to experience so far. May you receive a renewed passion from Him to pursue the vision that He has entrusted to you. May you continue to love, live for and lift-up Christ alone!
Congratulations and happy 19th Anniversary! Yours in the Lord’s Service,
Pastors (Drs.) James & Manita Fadel

19TH ANNIVERSARY 2016 EDITION
MANY WHO ARE STRUGGLING WITH THE
issues of life today have reached a point where they feel they are in an uphill battle. We all have struggles that continue, or circumstances that just cannot seem to have a breakthrough. We are being hindered in many areas and these come in forms of doubt, sin, fear, and unforgiveness. Most often, the person standing in the way of our breakthrough is “our-self”. We do not realize that the devil uses the self-factor in us in all these areas. He is at work and he’s at play, toying with our lives and our moral esh because we give him power over us in these areas to do it.
WHEN WE FIRST COME TO CHRIST AND WE
give our life to Christ and become born again, we are very sensitive and in-tune with watching out for the enemy’s attack. For many making this rst step into the Kingdom, they have fresh re from God, and a burning desire to be on re for God and save every soul that they can from perishing. Along the way, and as time passes here in this fallen world, the devil nds his gaze upon us. 1 Peter 5:8 (ESV) says, “Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.” To destroy us, he comes to us with temptation and because of our newly found faith we can resist the temptation and have an obvious victory. However, when he uses another not so obvious or discernible avenue of approach and comes to many with their track record of failure and their history of sin, he begins to douse the re from another angle we do not expect. In essence, the enemy might have been using our-self against us for a long time, without us realizing it. Our past failures begin to become realistic bench markers for our future possibilities. He uses our past as seeds within us to grow doubt and limitation against the faith in God and His work in our lives.
IN CHILDREN’S CARTOONS FROM OUR DAYS
to the current series that our children fondly watch, we see the struggle of “self” when the portrayal shows a
8 | dominion call
white angel speaking to us in one ear and the little red
devil speaking to us in the other ear. We believe the devil’s lies by not realizing that he cunningly utilizes our sel sh desires and our eshy weaknesses while covering it up by justifying our-self to our-self. The biggest lie the devil has convinced many people to believe is that they forever have time to get right with God. Meanwhile, they don’t. We need to understand that in a matter of moments God can decide when our time here on earth is over. That is why we are to live each day as though it’s our last, especially in the avenue of Sin. No one can a ord to have Jesus meet them in a life of sin and warrant His blessings. If we continue thinking God is merciful and he is kind; YES...HE IS, but He is the same God who said He cannot behold Sin. Isaiah 59:2 says, “Your iniquities have separated you and your God, and your sins have hid His face from you.” We ght against the goodness of God versus the wrath of God and because we surrender to self and to esh more than yielding to the spirit, the little red Devil ends up wearing the smile and we go on living in sin. Unknowingly to us most times, the devil wins the battles of our esh when we satisfy ourselves under the pretenses and deceits of the devil, while justifying our own decisions.
MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS, THIS MOVES
me to question, do we really fear God? We claim to fear Him but do we even know what it means to fear Him. If we fear God, the devil will ee from us because if we fear God we would not give the devil the opportunity to reign in us. When you speak to unbelievers and even some Christians who are young in the faith and truly still not on the true path to Jesus, so many of them speak about heaven and hell lightly - without understanding how serious eternity and salvation is. This is because they have a veil over their eyes and they cannot see. The devil wants to deceive as many as he can. It is unbelievable to know that you can walk up to some people on the street

19TH ANNIVERSARY 2016 EDITION
Don’t let time run out and nd yourself in an eternal prison when God had given you the key
in your hands the entire time to use
TO GIVE THEM A TRACT AND SAY GOD
bless you and they can look at you and say “I’m already blessed”; then they take the very word of God and crumple it up and throw it on the oor. Hand them even a dollar - a single dollar - and see if they would not give you more attention than the rejection they gave to God. No Fear! Many can’t bring themselves to even acknowledge God because they believe in themselves too much. If they can realize that
God is the one giving them breath
and strength, waking them up
daily to make wealth, they will
reverence Him more. To think
that all of our e orts are based on
our own strength is being prideful;
God hates pride and thinking we
can do things by our-self is pride.
It is the spirit of humility that
makes a person to realize he can
do nothing without God. Proverbs
16:18 says, “Pride goes before
destruction, and a haughty spirit
before a fall.” God hates pride.
Brethren, lets remember who we
are and who our God is and let us
not let ourselves feel bigger than God, Galatians 6:3 says, “For if anyone thinks he is something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself.” Let us not nd ourselves doing things by our power. Everything we do, we should give glory to God and not allow ourselves to continue to be deceived.
THERE IS ALSO A PRISON WE PUT OURSELVES
in and we have the power to walk out once there is breath in us; if our time here on earth is over, then our last breath on earth will be followed by our rst cry of agony in hell. This is the prison of unforgiveness. We battle this daily among ourselves and it is the hardest choice to make. Meanwhile, it is a condition God has given us
in the Bible in order for us to see His face. We have been forgiven and we must forgive. I saw a bumper sticker the other day that said, “Christians are not Perfect, they are Forgiven”. We face the choice to forgive and readily we know it’s the hardest thing we have to do when we are hurt, wronged or o ended. God has put this as His condition that we should forgive, but the person that often stands in the way of our forgiveness is our-self because we are harboring unforgiveness towards others. We have to make conscious decisions to forgive... just like that. Many people can render an apology and still hold unforgiveness in their hearts. We have to let it go. The person standing in our way hindering us is our-self. We can all recall at some point when we have been wronged and progress is being made in communication and we reach the opportunity that we know what we have to do, and instead of allowing the Holy Spirit to work in us and forgive, we dwell on our feelings and justi ed hurts to hold the grudges and justify our wrongs and unforgiveness. We won’t speak the words of forgiveness out of our tongues, and the Holy Spirit is prompting to us to let it go... Let it go for
your own good. Win the ght; don’t let yourself be your own Arrester! You have found yourself in a prison cage and before the door is shut, LET...IT...GO! Get Out Of The Prison; You Have The Power, YES YOU DO. Don’t let time run out and nd yourself in an eternal prison when God had given you the key in your hands the entire time to use. Don’t let unforgiveness and the power of self work against you.
THE DEVIL WHO HAS BEEN
using you against yourself and arresting you spiritually needs to be arrested. Revelation 20:10 says,
“And the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of re and sulfur where the beast and the false prophet were, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.” Rise up against doubt, against sin, against fear, and against unforgiveness and put the devil in the prison where he belongs. Recognize that the devil has been taking cunning approaches to take control over you and use your own self against you in many ways. Once we realize who has been arresting us and how he has been exploiting us, then we can conquer his attacks and not have our circumstances hindered us anymore. Shalom!

THE ARRESTER
When a person commits a crime, law enforcement agents are empowered to arrest the person. The criminal serves the punishment and gets freedom. On the other hand, people get arrested spiritually unknown to them. Such people nd themselves laboring more than required with little or no result. They are compared to an elephant that works so much and only eats little like an ant. They make lots of money but are still in huge debt. This is not God’s plan for man; rather it is a curse from your arrester.
Spiritual arresters are wicked powers assigned to monitor your progress, to prevent you from making progress in life. The arrester works to bring you down from somewhere to nowhere and pegs you right there so that your expectations from God Almighty do not become manifestations. Spiritual arrest is a strategy that the enemy uses to cage unbelievers. It comes upon people in different forms. Some

for you. You will be a restless wanderer on the earth.” These are just two of the many ways people nd themselves under spiritual arrest.
Spiritual arrest could also come in the form of a stronghold. Strongholds prevent a person from becoming what God intends for him/her. Anything in life that prevents a person from doing the will of God is his arrester. It takes the form of laziness, envy, worldly pleasures, sickness, work schedule and so on. A lot of people give excuses such as ‘I am scheduled to work; I do not have a ride; I do not have money for offering; the weather is cold, I am not feeling too ne, there is a game I must watch on television’ and so on. When a person is arrested, he/she loses his/her freedom to choose good from evil and then comes under the spell of the arrester. The ultimate aim of the arrester is to take people to hell, but God has given every man the power of choice. Unfortunately, such freedom of choice has been stolen from a lot of people who are still contemplating between serving God and serving man-made objects. The Almighty God is a jealous God and will not share His glory with anyone. With the arrester in charge, your ability to make fruitful choices is spiritually pegged and your thinking mentality is locked up or monitored by your arresters. The arrester manipulates your decisions by monitoring every step you take via surveillance in the spiritual
realm and ensures you do not make a decison that will lead you to your breakthrough in life. When such arrest is not prevented by seeking
the face of God, it
manifests
in the

TO ARREST

19TH ANNIVERSARY 2016 EDITION
arrest the arrester is to release themselves for God to use. It takes the grace of God to remove the veil covering the eyes of someone under spiritual arrest. If believers in Christ do not exercise their God-given power and authority, they will end up being under perpetual arrest. In many instances, we saw the account where our Lord, Jesus Christ had to re- buke the enemy. The storm could not hold Him captive in Mark 4: 39: “Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!”And the wind ceased and there was a great calm”. The devil had to bow down to Him in Luke 4:3-4: “If you are the Son of God, tell this stone to be- come bread... Man shall not live
In addition, God’s plan for man
is to make Heaven after the jour-
ney on earth. The Bible says in
Numbers 23:20, “Behold, I have
received commandment to bless:
and he hath blessed; and I cannot
reverse it.” In Jeremiah 29: 11,
“For I know the plans I have for you...plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” God did not plan that any man should be in any form of spiri- tual bondage. As Christians, we have been given the power to arrest our arrester as stated in Luke 10:19, “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” At any given time, no matter the circum- stances, believers are expected to use this authority to ght every battle that they face.
Furthermore, Christians can also get their spiritual arresters arrested by constantly communicating with God in prayer. The Bible mandates everyone to always pray as seen in 1 Thessalonians 5:17-18, “Pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks...” Praying should be a continuous exercise. Our Lord Jesus Christ started everything He did with prayers and also ended with prayers. Our prayers should commence with thanksgiving because our lives and all that we have be- long to God. We should pray warfare prayers and mention our respective prayer points by name. God has given us the power to ask and He is willing to meet our requests as stated in Matthew 7:7 - “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will nd; knock and the door will be opened to you.” Brethren, if you fail to ask in prayer, your arrester will not let you go!
Believers can arrest their arresters when they constantly meditate on the word of God. The Bible says in Joshua 1:8, “This Book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it...” The word of God
found in the Bible reminds us of the promises of God. Use the power of His word to counter any negative pronounce- ment that any man might have uttered against you and your entire household. God’s word reveals Him and solidi es our relationship with Him for our salvation. We can arrest every spiritual arrester if we abstain from sins. The Bible speci ed in Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” A person that is spiritually arrested is powerless and equivalent to a dead man. The Israelites almost missed the promise land because of sin as recorded in Joshua 24: 14 – 15. Some people be-
on bread alone.” The devil’s plan to spiritually arrest our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ failed.
“This BOOK of the law shall NOT DEPART from your mouth, but you shall MEDITATE in it day and night..."
lieve that the little sin they commit is not enough for God to forsake them; but one thing that they fail to real- ize is that before our creator, all sins are the same. With a clean spirit, you are sure to win every spiritual battle against your enemy.
Brethren, if you are reading this ar-
ticle and some voices are telling you that you cannot make it or you cannot be set free, I want you to know that
although Peter almost sank, Jesus Christ was able to stop him from drowning. Your case is not different; Christ is still very much alive. Our hope of freedom lies in our accepting Him as our Savior. Christ was arrested so we can be free. The Book of Galatians 3:13 says, “Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us...” Jesus is the only true way to getting your spiritual arresters arrest- ed. God has highly exalted Him and given Him the name that is above every name such that at the mention of the name Jesus, every knee must bow; your arresters must give up and your freedom becomes permanent.
May God deliver everyone reading this article from every arrester that is preventing them from attaining their break- through in Jesus name. Amen!

Adetule’s Miracle Baby
GOD HAS DONE IT AGAIN in the household of Dominion – His mercies endureth forever!! To Him alone be all the Glory!! The All-Suf cient God is able to turn around the situation of those that put their trust in Him. God recently blessed the family of Mr. & Mrs. Olubunmi & Adenike Adetule with their rst child, after over thirteen years of marriage. Glory be to the Prince of Peace, who showered His mercy and grace upon the Adetule’s and gave them new songs of joy and praise. The couple recently shared the wonderful testimonies about their miracle baby girl, Peace, with the Dominion Call. Below is the excerpt of the interview with Peace’s Dad & Mom.
Dominion Call: What kept you going during your waiting period for the fruit of the womb?
Dad: We would say it was not a palatable experience at all; it was a period lled with worries, anxiety, even frustration. But what actually kept us going was that we have seen what God did in the Bible for those that waited on Him. Even in our own contemporary days, we have seen couples that had been married for more than three decades and yet God visited them. We always consoled ourselves that God that did theirs would also visit us and give us our own children. We have seen in His word that He has never failed and we had that strong assurance that He would not fail in our own lives too.
Mom: We surrounded ourselves with people that are positive about our situation, instead of those that would pity us; we were keeping the company of the people of faith that were already seeing our children with us. We refused to be pitied by anyone on the issue and we always reminded ourselves that: “if we cry because of the issue before men, they are going to add to our pain but if we cry before God He will take the pain
away and replace it with joy and testimony”, This was exactly the way we conducted ourselves all through. The name of our rst child "Peace" was received in 2004. Even though we had other names for our children before we got married, the name Peace was so impressed in our spirit and we thank God that He actually gave us His Peace throughout the waiting period - despite all the lies of the devil. We also jealously guided our source of joy which had become our strength and we were not ready to trade that source of joy for anything; His praises never departed from our lips. Finally, we walked in a perfect agreement. My husband
and I spoke the same language throughout this period because we believed that there is power in unity. We also did, without any delay, whatever God laid in our hearts to do during the waiting period.
Dominion Call: What words of wisdom or encouragement do you have for those waiting on God for their own babies?
The Couple: They must have the belief that they would have their children; they should pay no attention to the lies of the devil. They should remain positive about the situation even when things are working

contrary; God will still work on the situation and He will always make a way of escape for His children. All we know is that no child of God will be stranded in the issues of life because God will always make a way for His children.
Dominion Call: Can you share with us some of the beautiful names given to your baby?
The Couple: Like I said before, we had some names given to our children even before we got married but God Himself knew we would have to wait for 13 years to start having our own children. So, he gave us the name Peace; and actually His Peace lled our hearts throughout the waiting period and we want to thank Him for that. Other names given to our daughter are as follows. Ebunpipe (meaning - Perfect gift) - the name was inspired because when she was conceived, the devil came again with his lies, but we believed that she is a perfect gift from above; indeed, she is a perfect gift because the word of the Lord says that all good and perfect gift are from God above. Another name given to her is Owooluwaleyi (meaning - This is the hand of God) because it is only God that could have done what He did for us. Agooluwanimi (meaning - I am the temple
of God) - few weeks into her conception my wife received a medical report that frightened us, but in the place of prayers the name came. Mimololuwa (meaning - God is Holy) - we believe that you cannot be waiting on God and at the same time you are seeking help from other sources, apart from God; our God is Holy and he is also a jealous God.

19TH ANNIVERSARY 2016 EDITION
2 Kings 6:8-10: "Then the King of Syria warred against Israel, and took counsel with his servants, saying, in such and such a place shall be my camp. And the man of God sent unto the King of Israel, saying, beware that thou pass not such a place; for thither the Syrians are come down. And the King of Israel sent to the place which the man of God told him and warned him of, and saved himself there, not once nor twice.”
Who is the king of Syria? What does the king of Syria repre- sent? What is the king of Syria in your life? It is anything or anybody that is warring in your life and against you. It could be sickness or disease, or could even be your relatives. God will deliver you from every arrester or whatever is warring against you because He promised in Jeremiah 1:19 that the enemies will ght against you but they will not overcome you.
The camp of the enemy. What is the counsel of the king of Syria? He said at such and such a place would be his camp. This means that there is a camp of the enemy; just as there is light, there is darkness. You are not to be afraid of the devil, because greater is He that is in you than those in the world. The only way to victory is to let God ght your battles for you.
To arrest your arrester, you have to do the following things:
1) Surrender completely to God: Leave your life in God's hands, and you will have peace of mind. James 4:7-8 admon- ishes us to submit ourselves to God and then resist the devil and he will ee from us. We are also enjoined to draw near to God, and He will draw near to us. You cannot be an overcomer if you are not totally surrendered to God.
2) Focus on God and not on the enemy: Hebrews 12:2 says "Looking unto Jesus the author and nisher of our faith." In Psalm 121:1-2, the Bible says, "I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth." When you focus on the enemy, you will lose your peace. One of the problems of focus- ing on the enemy is that you will start by suspecting everybody. You will have no friends, become isolated, and have no peace.
3) Be Con dent: If you have surrendered absolutely to God and not to your problem, it becomes easy for you to be con - dent and be able to say as David to Goliath in I Samuel 17:47 that the battle is the Lord's.
4) State speci cally, calmly and rmly, step by step, what you want God to do to your enemy: In Isaiah 45:11, God says we can command Him concerning the works of His hand. This is only when you have already surrendered to Him and you are focusing on Him and your con dence is in Him.
5) Praise God in return: God expects songs of praises from us. Songs of praises are our greatest weapons of spiritual war- fare. God inhabits the praises of His people. As you are praising
God, He will arise and His enemies, your enemies, will scatter.
Paul and Silas sang high praises to God in the prison and their homes were broken. They arrested their arrester!
WALLS OF DEFENSE AGAINST THE KING OF SYRIA Every child of God has a security system made of seven walls that no enemy can penetrate.
1) The wall of the blood of Jesus: The blood of Jesus cleanses from all sins and it also builds up a wall of protection around a child of God. Any demon that wants to attack anyone surround- ed with the blood of Jesus will have to pass through the blood.
2) The wall of Fire: Zechariah: 2:5 - "For I, saith the Lord, will be unto her a wall of re round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her." There is a wall of re around about a child of God, you may not see it but witches and wizards can see this re, and any witch or wizard that tries to harm you will be consumed by re.
3) The wall of Angels: Psalm 34:7 -"The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them." The angel of the Lord makes his camp round about you to protect you, one angel can destroy 185,000 soldiers in one night according to 2 Kings 19:35, and you do not have this many enemies.
4) The Wall of His Name: Proverbs 18:10 - "The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it and is safe". If you have the name of Jesus and you are still afraid, it may mean that you are not truly born again. If you are truly born again, you have the right to use the name of Jesus, and at the name of Jesus, every knee must bow.
5) The wall of His shadow: When you are living under the shadow of the Almighty, nobody can touch you and there is nothing to fear, both day and night, because the One keeping you, according to Psalm 121:3-5, neither sleeps nor slumbers.
6) The Wall of His Wings: Ps 91:4 says -"He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust, his truth shall be thy shield and buckler". God covers His own, from the attack of an enemy. When you are covered by His wings, no evil can reach you.
7) The Wall of His Presence: Ps 195:1-3. As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds His children. Any- one who wants to come in must pass through Jesus Christ. Children of God are surrounded by these seven solid walls. But these walls are useless if you do not stay inside them. If you are not yet born again, make up your mind today and be surrounded by these walls and stay within them. If you are already born again, ask God to seal any crack in your walls.

Spring Into DIVINE Health
On the other hand wellness is de ned as, "the quality or state of being in good health, especially as an actively sought goal." Wellness, unlike health which is conditional, is a continuous state of optimal health that is maintained through persistent effort. If health and wellness were designated as running terms, health would be a sprint and wellness a marathon. Wellness, like health, does account for the physical, emotional, and spiritual state of a person.
However, wellness primarily refers to a person's continual effort to strive
for peak performance and overall well-being in the physical, emotional, and spiritual realms.
Sections of the above article written by Patricia Budd found in Ezine Articles, will help us to know in simple terms exactly which way to choose to help us to live in accordance with 3 John 2 - “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” (NKJV). We need to incorporate wellness plans as part of our daily agenda in order to obtain longevity in wellness - a continuous state of health and well-being. Being in a state of wellness, instead of just taking care of a health issue as it arise, will reward us with bene ts of infrequent doctor visits. Hence, this will add money to our pockets, obtaining a happier state of mind and higher ministry output – t to minister to the
& WELLNESS!
Am I healthy or living in wellness? While most people consider these words to suggest similar meanings, there is a vast difference between these two words - health and wellness. According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, health is de ned as, "the condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit; especially freedom from physical disease or pain." More simply put, health is a conditional state. A person can be in good health or bad health, based on their physical and emotional symptoms. Just as well, a person can alter the condition of their health by changing their habits for better or for worse.
For example, if a person is considered unhealthy due to a weight problem or high blood pressure, they can start exercising, eating a healthy diet, and changing poor lifestyle habits.
If this person eventually loses weight and lowers their blood pressure, the doctor may declare that they are now in good health. However, the term health is conditional. This person can easily slip back into a state of unhealthiness by returning to the habits that got them there in the rst place.
lost and win souls for the kingdom.
As we keep in mind that a wellness lifestyle encompasses more than just a person's physical condition, let us saturate our mind and soul with the infallible word of God so that our emotional and spiritual state is also taken into consideration.
As the season changes and we begin to shed our winters gears and prepare our bodies for that perfect summer: look on the outside, do not limit your self to a short-term goal of obtaining a healthy body for a season but rather focus on embarking on a journey of striving towards optimum wellness.
So beloved, as we celebrate our 19th Anniversary let us make healthy lifestyle changes that will propel the Great Physician to Arrest the Arrester on our behalf and enable us to live a life of Divine Health and Wellness!

Let Your Faith in God Arrest the Arrester
Mark 11:22-25, says, 22And Jesus answered them, “Have faith in God. 23Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. 24Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. 25 And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.”
nothing was happening he began to get disappointed. The little boy became so downcast that his mother brought him to the local priest and asked him to speak to her little boy. The Priest asked the little boy about the reason for his behavior and the little boy told him how he moved a bottle across the table because he believed so hard that he could do it that the bottle moved and came to him. When the priest heard it, he placed a bottle on the table and asked the boy to show him how he did it. The little boy stretched out his hand like before and began to believe with all his might and began to scream out aloud like before. When he screamed himself hoarse and nothing happened, the priest waited a few seconds and picked the bottle up and put it front of the little boy. The priest asked the little boy, what happened? The little boy said you picked up the bottle and gave it to me. The priest said, yes I moved it. That is how faith works; it is God who will move the bottle for you because you believed in Him to do it and not yourself. This was a statement in the movie that is based on this very scripture in Mark 11:22 when Jesus said have faith in God. Jesus was showing us that it is our believing in God's ability and knowing who He is; we can be assured that whatever we ask He is able to do it. Some Christians do pray with the right words, but from the wrong position of not having that kind of mustard seed faith, which understands that our faith is in God's ability and having a relationship with Him..

whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him.” Whatever the situation or that thing, which looks or feels like a mountain, put it in its place when you pray; God does not want you to doubt Him. When I believe by faith for something and I absolutely know God can and will do it, I realize that I walk away with a smile on my face and I know that my God is able to accomplish it; especially when it is for someone else. However, I realize at times when I exhibit faith

have faith in God, but we mistakenly think that it is our power that will move the bottle across the table with our mind and strength and will-power. But this is not so... To nish the story, the boy began to go around town looking at whatever he saw and stretching out his hand and begin to will anything he thought he could have. When he saw that
22 And Jesus answered them,
“Have faith in God.” This verse clearly tells us that our faith is not in our ability but believing in God's ability and what He can do. So, your starting point in your learning about faith is to completely let go and know that it is not you that will do it, but it is God. It is up to Him.
I was watching a movie called
"Little Boy". It was about a little boy and his father whom he loved very dearly; he was his son’s hero. Due to the Pearl Harbor attacks, by the Japanese, his father was called to go to war to defend the country. This was very hard for this little boy and he desired so much to see his father again. One day when his father was away at war, he went to a magic show and at the show the magician used him as a part of his act to magically move a bottle across from the table with his mind. The magician told him if he believed it, it could happen. So, the boy stretched out his hands and began to believe and scream out with all his might to bring the bottle close to him. Then the magician did his trick and made the boy feel that he actually moved the bottle closer with his mind. The boy left the magic show believing that he did it.
Verse 23 says, “Truly, I say to you,
With that being said, some of us

for something personal for myself, I tend to nd myself ghting off doubts - if God might do it or not, or will He do it in the time I had speci ed or am I being for real. Other questions come to mind - how do you think He can do it, do I have to do my part, what is my part I have to do to make sure I am doing something to see the mountain move? I now see that these feelings of emotions move us away from what the scripture clearly says, which is to have faith in God. So, not for a moment should you entertain any thought of doubt. Stay within the understanding of what Jesus said - Have faith in God. Know that He is the one who will move the bottle in front of you, like the man did for that little boy. Then believe what you have asked God for will come to pass. You do play a key role because Heb.11:26 says "And without faith it is impossi- ble to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him." So if you need to revisit verse 22, do that, because we cannot ask God for something when we don't even have full assurance to see that it is all from Him. The last part of verse 23 reveals to us that, "it will be done for him." The "it" means whatever that thing you asked God. The "will be done for him" shows us that some- one has to do it for you; God, the Al- mighty, is the One that will do it for you.
receive, because you ask wrongly, to spend it on your passions." So, if you know that your request to God is not to spend whatever on your passions, then stand rm and reject every sly, cunning thought of doubt that comes to your mind in Jesus name. Amen. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
As I am writing these words, a
because He does not want you to go and rejoice without understanding what can block or hinder your prayer and your blessings, which is unfor- giveness. We have to forgive. Jesus even said if we bring Him a gift and we have unforgiveness in our hearts, we should drop it, go back, and make right with the person before return- ing to give the gift so that He can ac- cept it. Matthew 5:24 “leave your gift there before the altar and go. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift.” So, if God has this requirement that you forgive
thought entered my mind with the question, “what if it is not God's will?" Brethren, this is a thought of doubt and not of God. If you have a relationship with God, you will know His promises concerning you. He said in 3 John 2 "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul pros- pereth." Jeremiah 29:11 “For
those that trespass against you so nothing will hinder you from giving an acceptable gift.. Don’t we think that He would require the same from us? He does...let's therefore forgive those that trespass against us, so we don't hinder our own prayers and gifts from God. The Lord has spoken His word and by allowing His word to take root in our lives, we will have the Faith in God to Arrest the Arrester!
I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." Moreover, God is a loving Father; He sees all things and knows all things and He is not looking to crush your faith or your spirit. If you ask for something against His word, He will let you know that you didn't ask rightly. James 4:3 says, "You ask and do not

"And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him."
So, when you get to this point in
your spirit, know that God has heard you and sees your heart according to the faith you have exhibited; the heart that knows He is the rewarder and that He is the one that will answer your request. So, receive it and give Him thanks. Then Jesus said, believe that you received it, so if I give you a gift right now, something you wanted so much, and have longed for, for a long time; what will you do? Yes, you will be glad, you will say a big thank you; you would want to give me a big hug. You won't be ashamed to show others what was given to you. In the same manner, we should do the same and worship and praise God, be thankful for giving you this gift. Do this right now as if you have received it, be- cause your Faith in God tells you so.
Jesus says to forgive in verse 25
