Master Plan and Phase 1 Building Project

Good afternoon! Please note after our last meeting, I took the opportunity to incorporate the (e-mail) comments
that I received from Nathan (last week) regarding the Education Building and also the information and
comments that I gleaned from our conversation (from that meeting) to updated the Master Plan and generated
the attached Final Master Plan and Phase 1 Education Building drawings. As we discussed the Future Adult
Education Building and Gymnasium (Fellowship) which are rendered visually herewith (at thus juncture) are not
meant to final “design” of these two (2) buildings, rather a place holder in the Master Plan (based on a program
of future space needs study undertaken) as part of the due diligence process to confirm the that Building
Committee considered and confirmed that “future growth can be accommodated on the available property,
which is important criteria for Grace Point’s congregation to assist in making an informed decision moving
forward.

Additionally, this presentation also highlights the proposed Floor Plan layout for the Kid’s Education Building as
a Phase 1 (Next Phase) project and provides a conceptual rendering of the outdoor covered play area, which is a
visual amenity from the new Connector / Gathering area.
