Master Plan and Phase 1 Building Project

Good afternoon! Please note, after our last meeting, I took the opportunity to incorporate the (e-mail) comments
that I received from Nathan (last week) regarding the Education Building and the information and comments
that I gleaned from our conversation during the meeting, to update the Master Plan and generate the attached
Final Master Plan and Phase 1 Education Building drawings. As we discussed, the Future Adult Education and
Gymnasium (Fellowship) Buildings, which are rendered visually herewith, (at this juncture) are not meant to be
the final “design” of these two (2) buildings, but rather a place holder in the Master Plan (based on the program
study of future space needs, which was undertaken) as part of the due diligence process the Building
Committee considered and confirmed that “future growth” can be accommodated on the available property,
which is important criteria for Grace Point’s congregation to consider in making an informed decision moving
forward.

Additionally, this presentation also highlights the proposed Floor Plan layout for the Kid’s Education Building as
a Phase 1 (Next Phase) project and provides a conceptual rendering of the outdoor covered play area, which is a
visual amenity from the new Connector / Gathering area.
