BRANDS FROM THE SOURCE We have long standing relationships with a number of well trusted brands. This enables us to offer a wide range of styles in order to meet all uniform requirements, from technical wear and outdoor clothing to chefs jackets. We are proud to be a prefered dealer of brands like Musto, Helly Hansen and On Running. We carry a selection of the brands, which we work in our own managed stock, which enables us to respond to any urgent needs you may have. If you have a special request, our purchasing team is able to seek out solutions to match your requirement. There is virtually no limit to what we can supply.
E&P EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION High Performance ready to wear collection. The E&P exclusive collection is designed in-house in the Netherlands. A colletion which it’s progresive interpretation of the term Classic & Minimalistic with thoughtful craftmanship and attention to detail. Our designs are made of premium fabrics with a focus on high performance quality. In devision a solution based on the E&P exclusive collection we take into consideration the demands of the various roles onboard as well as the specific needs of the Superyacht demands. Comfort is assured and the degree of personalization is at your discretion. You can play with color and details and also make a adjustments to the design. The goal will be to create a unique design that showcases your yacht and crew at it’s best!
STAGES OF A FULLY BESPOKE ORDER 1. PROJECT CONSULTATION A meeting is set either at our office or online to discuss your needs. Enabling us to build a client profile and a project plan based on your specific yacht requirements and budget. During the meeting we discuss the possibilities of our services and process & timeframe. 2. PROPOSAL & QUOTE Based on the information you’ve given us, we present you with a job quotation of the services you have requested. Once approved, we commence work on the design stage starting with moodboards & sketches. 3. DESIGN – STEP BY STEP Personalised sketches and a vision board are created from your client profile. This is a great chance for you to visualise the pieces coming to life and tailor the product further. 1. Moodboars & sketches for visualastion of your ideas to look & feel of the collection 2. Personalised sketches 4. PATTERN MAKING A technical package is made to aid in the construction of the garment. At this stage all design and construction elements have been carefully considered but are still open to amendments.
5. SOURCE FABRIC AND TRIMS Fabrics and trims are recommended by us with your budget and the garment end use in mind. Fabric samples are sent to you to inspect the quality and feel. 6. SAMPLE and ALTERATIONS A sample is always recommended and is an important way to see if any pattern modifications are needed and how the chosen fabric performs before manufacturing. The client has the opportunity to try the sample on and give any feedback so amendments can be made. 7. PRODUCTION + DELIVERY Production timelines and costs for individual orders will vary depending on fabric selections and design elements.
PERFORMANCE Skin Friendly fabrics and a smart fit without compromising on functionality. All items are of high quality and designed to withstand the intense environment on board. VARIABLE COST In some instances certain elements of the costs are provisional due to the variable nature of design projects including and without limitation to final fabric quantities, design approval options, colour selections, size selections etc. These variable elements are marked on the job quotation. We will use reasonable experience to make the variable elements as accurate as possible and will advise as soon as possible once the variable elements can be set as firm prices which shall be payable by the customer. PROPERTY All designs remain the property of E&P Superyachtwear Bespoke designs will not be replicated for use in the E&P readymade line or for another client without the original client’s express written consent.
