กฎการเตมิ -ed ทคี่ ากรยิ า Regular Verbs

กรยิ าสว่ นใหญม่ รี ปู Simple Past Tense ดว้ ยการเติม -ed มกี ริยาบางคาเวลาเตมิ -ed
ต้องมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง มขี ้อสงั เกตดงั น้ี

1. กรยิ าซง่ึ ลงท้ายด้วย e อยู่เเล้ว คงเตมิ เฉพาะ -d เชน่ หวงั
hope - hoped เคลือ่ นไหว
move - moved
free - freed อิสระ
agree - agreed เห็นดว้ ย
raise - raised ยกขึน้

งา่ ย ๆ 3 ขอ้ ดงั น้ี

1) กริยาท่ีลงทา้ ยด้วยพยัญชนะ /t/ และ /d/ อา่ นออกเปน็ เสียง /id/ เสียงภาษาไทย จะออก
เสยี ง อดิ อยา่ งเช่น คาวา่

- presented (นาเสนอ) อ่านออกเสยี งว่า พรเี ซ้นทิด
- ended (จบ) อ่านออกเสยี งวา่ เอ็นดดิ
- recorded (บนั ทกึ เสียง) อา่ นออกเสยี งว่า เรคคอร์ดดิด

2) กรยิ าที่ลงท้ายด้วยพยัญชนะ /f/,/p/, /k/,/s/, /ss/, /sh/, /ch/, /gh/ หรือ , /x/ จะอ่าน

Past Participle แลว้ จะไม่เตมิ -ed หลังคากริยานั้นแต่จะเปลย่ี นรูปไปเลย Irregular
Verbs (คากรยิ า 3 ช่อง) แบ่งออกเปน็ 4 ประเภท
