Hering applies high vaccum oil filtration system to remove 60 ppm moisture and oxygen dissolved in
impurities in transformer oil and restores quality.State of art technologies including highly sealed
machines which avoid problems relating to environment exposure, exclusively designed controllers
which handles any overheating and check for pressure values are employed in Hering oil filtration
system. A series of filters with special cartridges, which first remove impurities sized 1mm, followed by
those of 50 microns, take oil to an ionic chamber where acidic substances are involved in a reaction only
to be eliminated.
Hering finally tests the treated oil for quality before and after the treatment to check if there is room for
improvement.
