Step 1: Click on the “Accounts” tab

Step 2: Click on “Accounts” on the drop down box that appears

Step 3: Select a category by clicking the corresponding button (Banks, Credit Cards, Investments, Auto Loans,

Mortgages, or Insurance).

Step 4: Locate the financial institution as follows:

• Select one of the 10 popular institutions by clicking the link for the institution
OR
• Enter part or institution’s entire name in the search box at the top of the page and click “Search.”

Step 5: Select the institution by clicking the name in the search results. A pop-up window will appear, prompting

you for your username, password, and/or other log-in credentials.

Step 6: Enter your credentials, and click “Submit.” (These are the same credentials you would use to log on the

institution’s own website.)
• The system will connect to your online account with the financial institution and will retrieve
your account information.
• The retrieved accounts will be listed in the “Your Connected Accounts” section on the right side
of the page.
• The accounts will also be added to the appropriate section of the Full Profile.
