This can also include outreachprogrammes to displaced or refugee communities local to the institution.)คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ร่วมกับหน่วยงานสาธารณสุขในพื้นที่ 7 จังหวัดภาคใต้ตอนล่างดำ เนินโครงการส่งเสริมสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กอายุ 2–5 ปี เพื่อป้องกันฟันฟัผุและปลูกฝังฝัพฤติกรรมการดูแลช่องปากที่ถูกวิธีกิจกรรมประกอบด้วยการตรวจสุขภาพช่องปาก ทาฟลูออไรด์ การใช้สาร SDF และเทคนิค SMARTการสอนแปรงฟันฟัที่ถูกวิธีรวมทั้งการอบรมครู ผู้ปกครอง และบุคลากรสาธารณสุขในพื้นที่ผลการดำ เนินงาน เด็กกว่า 15,000 คนได้รับประโยชน์โดยตรง อัตราฟันฟัผุลดลง และเกิดเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านทันตสุขภาพท ีเข้มแข็ง เป นต้นแบบสําคัญในการพัฒนาสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กเล็กในภาคใต้

This can also include outreachprogrammes to displaced or refugee communities local to the institution.)คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ร่วมกับเครือข่ายเด็กไทยไม่กินหวาน (สสส.) ดำ เนินโครงการเพื่อรณรงค์ลดการบริโภคน้ำ ตาลในเด็กและเยาวชนภาคใต้ สร้างความรอบรู้ด้านโภชนาการและสิ่งแวดล้อมอาหารท ีปลอดภัย โดยบูรณาการความร่วมมือกับโรงเรียน โรงพยาบาล และองค์กรท้องถิ นกิจกรรมสำ คัญ ได้แก่ โรงเรียนอ่อนหวาน ปลูกผัก–ลดหวาน, ร้านกาแฟอ่อนหวาน “หวานน้อยสั่งได้”,กิจกรรม Healthy Meeting, ตลาดสีเขียวปลอดภัย และการนิเทศติดตามทั้งออนไลน์และลงพื้นที่จริงในหลายจังหวัดผลลัพธ์:เด็กและชุมชนมีพฤติกรรมการบริโภคนํา ตาลลดลงเครือข่ายขยายครอบคลุม 33 แห่งใน 7 จังหวัดขยายผลสู่ครอบครัว โรงเรียน และตลาดท้องถิ นสนับสนุนแนวคิด “สงขลาเมืองสร้างสรรค์ด้านอาหาร (Gastronomy City)”พัฒนาแนวทางอาหารอ่อนหวานเพ ือสุขภาพอย่างยั งยืน
